The Campbell Inn is an older motel in downtown Campbell, close to nightlife, dining, shopping, and entertainment. Many guests find it an affordable place with warm, friendly, and accommodating management, noting wonderful service. The rooms are frequently described as cozy, clean, spacious, quiet, and spotless, with good accessibility. Amenities include a mini fridge, reliable heater and AC, and, in some rooms, a highly appreciated in-room jet tub or hot tub. The property offers a heated pool and a hot tub, which some guests enjoyed having to themselves, though others found them unclean with debris. The continental breakfast is considered decent and is served in the pool area. The location receives praise for being well-lit and safe, with tons of parking and easy walkability. However, several reviews mention that the inn feels quite outdated, with furnishings that are worn, missing knobs, or in need of an update. Some guests reported issues like a strong chlorine smell, weak toiletries, a loud bathroom vent, and outdated lobby brochures. While many would stay again and recommend it to family and friends, some feel the hotel needs immediate updates or lower prices to match its condition.
Rooms were very clean. Older hotel with charm. Staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming, but the stay served it's purpose. I'm not sure that we'd opt to stay here again.

I love staying here. The bed is comfy, it's quiet, and surrounded by good food.
