“Our driver was on time, personable and very professional. The 26 passenger party bus is very nice, but definitely not comfortable for 26 average sized adults. For future, if I were to book this again, I would only have 20-22 total passengers.”

“We rented a Maverick from San Francisco and dropped it off in Seattle. From booking it to dropping it off the process was smooth and easy. We loved our first experience travelling in a campervan. Very easy to use and comfortable. The kitchen and bedding add-on included everything we needed. We brought our own aux/usb cable and phone holder which are a must to have for comfortable navigation and audio entertainment during the trip. Highly recommend it!”

“I visited two Sixt branches this morning in San Francisco, the Fremont Hotel location and the SFO Airport branch.
At the Fremont Hotel, I didn’t receive the car I was supposed to get, and at SFO Airport I experienced terrible service, far below any acceptable standard.
Later, I arrived at the San Jose Airport branch, and the difference was unbelievable. The service here was so good it made me forget everything that happened earlier. Everything went smoothly, and for the first time today, I truly felt that the staff cared about the customer, not just about finishing their shift and going home.
Big shoutout to the San Jose Airport team, they turned a really frustrating morning into a great experience. These guys deserve real credit for their professionalism, patience, and positive attitude. Honestly, this is how customer service should be done.”

“I had booked a Chrysler Pacifica for the ample luggage/cargo space as I was about to relocate. The car in itself was very spacious and comfortable and fit my needs to the T and surprisingly had all modern technological amenities.
Enterprise had the car ready on-time after my online booking and was flexible with the return date/location. The representative helped me to collapse the backseats as per my requirement. They sent me a reminder before the return date and checked if I wanted to extend the reservation. Drop-off at the airport was a breeze. All-in-all a smooth and worry-free experience - both with the car and the process of booking, pickup and return. Wonderful value for the money!”

“Very convenient car rental location. You won't need a shuttle reach this place, it's simply across the road when you get out of the airport. Personally, I rent with Avis and with the preferred program, I can just lookup my spot number and just get into the car. No counter waiting time. Returns are easy too (again, no shuttle needed) but it might be confusing to find the return if it's your first time.”
