“This place is all awesome thanks to Matthew! I can’t describe how professional, patient, and caring Matthew was. He spent around an hour accommodating my needs while working with a third party who was paying for my rental. I've been at other rental shops across the country, never seen such great service. Mathew re-defined the experience for me in a way I would have never imagined!”

“I was helped out by Ivan and his team. In the past, I have always had issues with rental car companies and waiting over an hour to get my car. This time everything went smoothly with pickup and I was out within 15 minutes. The team made me feel welcome and Ivan took great care to show me around the car. I had no issues with the car and the return went just as smooth. Great experience and definitely would rent from enterprise in San Jose again.”

“We rented a Maverick from San Francisco and dropped it off in Seattle. From booking it to dropping it off the process was smooth and easy. We loved our first experience travelling in a campervan. Very easy to use and comfortable. The kitchen and bedding add-on included everything we needed. We brought our own aux/usb cable and phone holder which are a must to have for comfortable navigation and audio entertainment during the trip. Highly recommend it!”

“The BEST car rental agency in town. Loved the service, the price, the car, and their attention to what I needed. Other car rentals like Booking.com and Hertz, got nothing on Enterprise Rent-A-Car. This place puts them to shame in all aspects hands down. Thank you Entreprise Team.”

“I would like to commend this branch for their excellent and efficient service. Special recognition to Zack for his outstanding assistance—he was professional, approachable, and truly customer-focused throughout the process. Matthew was also helpful and ensured everything went smoothly. The vehicle (with car seat) was clean and well-prepared before release, and the booking process was simple and convenient. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would gladly book with this branch again.”

“I always rent my cars from SJ airport because of my past bad experience with rental companies but I wanted to write this review because of outstanding service from start to finish, my car rental experience was absolutely seamless. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile by “Biranjan ” , who immediately made me feel like a valued customer. He patiently walked me through the rental options, answered all my questions, and ensured I got the perfect vehicle for my business trip. It’s rare to find a team that combines efficiency with such personal care, but both “Biranjan “and “Umesh” truly delivered. Because of them, what could have been a routine rental turned into a five-star experience. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this location to friends and family!”

“I visited two Sixt branches this morning in San Francisco, the Fremont Hotel location and the SFO Airport branch. At the Fremont Hotel, I didn’t receive the car I was supposed to get, and at SFO Airport I experienced terrible service, far below any acceptable standard. Later, I arrived at the San Jose Airport branch, and the difference was unbelievable. The service here was so good it made me forget everything that happened earlier. Everything went smoothly, and for the first time today, I truly felt that the staff cared about the customer, not just about finishing their shift and going home. Big shoutout to the San Jose Airport team, they turned a really frustrating morning into a great experience. These guys deserve real credit for their professionalism, patience, and positive attitude. Honestly, this is how customer service should be done.”

“I've been a member of Club Sportiva for several years. I tried the car detailing service for the first time while I had one of their cars out for the weekend. They took my 2021 M3 back to the shop after delivering me one of the club cars to detail it. I have to say they did an amazing job. Better than the detail service I use in the North Bay for about the same money. I think I'll do it every time I take a car out now. If I lived in the area it would be my goto place to get my car detailed.”

“I needed a car urgently after an accident. Hertz did not respond to my inquiries. I lost a day and turned to Enterprise. They swiftly picked me up and offered a range of choices, finding a good match. Throughout a month, Enterprise communications were great, and the staff very supportive at the Sunnyvale and the Mountain View offices in CA. I'll definitely start with the Enterprise when in need.”

“When I left the country with my daughter who was entering college, I realized that transportation in America was very inconvenient without a car, so I decided to rent a car for one month in the Sanhosae area.I'm contacting you because it's a Korean rental car.We met and signed a contract right away.First of all, fortunately, the Santa Fe was almost like a new car. Please lower the price too.And boss...So fun and kindHe was a good person.I received a lot of help other than renting a car. They also gave advice and worried about my daughter who will remain behind. They told me to contact them at any time if I needed help and looked after everything as if they were family.Thank you againOf course, when I go see my daughter next year,I will find the boss againI recommend Daehan rental car^^”
