“I had a really great experience with the difficult and annoying job of self storage at this facility.
In large part this has been due to Karen, the very excellent manager of the facility that makes the whole process a breeze. She worked with me through each step of the process and made it feel like I had a 5 star, hassle-free, professional experience.
The facility was also clean and felt very safe. Elevators were large enough to make the move easy with bays that abutted the move area. My unit was as described and worked well for my needs.
Overall, facility 5/5, exactly what I needed. Staff/manager (Karen) 1000/5, great experience, wonderful customer service, lovely person.
Would likely use them again when I need storage.

“I definitely would recommend this facility to anyone looking to rent a truck for a long or short distance move. They've got a variety of trucks and E-vans, maintained exceptionally.
Additionally, they have a wonderful and knowledgeable sales safe who go above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction. Caroline, the sales manager, is an excellent example of why Penske is number one in my book. Keep rockin' it guys!”
“IMHO this is the best water store. Friendly staff are always welcoming and provide excellent service. The owner genuinely cares about the wellbeing of customers. She noticed that the bottles that I brought in were dirty and she went ahead and cleaned it for me on her own at no charge.I have seen a number of positive changes after the new owner took over. The store is now really clean and less cluttered. They have installed a brand new water purification system - and the water is really pure, refreshing and tastes awesome! They have introduced alkaline mineral water which my son who is into fitness really raves about. I can fill up multiple bottles quickly rather than wait for 15 minutes to fill up just one bottle like before.Also, they now accept credit cards with no extra charge both inside the store and on the 24/7 vending machines outside.”
“Nick, the U-Haul representative, is exceptionally kind, helpful, and dependable. We’ve been renting from U-Haul for nearly a year now, and whenever we have any issues, Nick is always there to assist. He’s dedicated, hardworking, and truly a lifesaver to do business with.

Being new to the hitch/tow world he took his time to explain and look for items i was missing. Even went a step above ensuring i was not missing a single thing.
Ensuring i would be comfortable with the trailer i picked, by explaining everything thoroughly.
While i wasn't getting assistance from Peter, he never broke from being kind and super friendly with everyone.
These 2 men show and know what 1000% customer satisfaction looks and feels like.”

“Rent a trailer form Carlos this time. Totally different experience. Would have gave a 5 but the trailer had dents which had not yet been marked with u-haul stickers to show they were existing. Carlos applied the stickers - good to go.”

“Very positive experience. I actually had problems with Uhaul.com and the 800 number, but the staff was really good about fixing them. It was very easy to talk to them and the U-Box offered me a flexibility option that not many others allowed. The delivery driver was very chill. The staff at the counter was very professional and understanding.”
“I have rented at the Curtner Av location for 10 yrs + and am very pleased with the services provided.
Over the 10 yrs plus I have rented from this location:
1) The employees are very helpful and pleasant, they solve all issues brought the their attention.
2) The trucks are reliable and budget friendly.
3) The location is easily accessible from Hwy 87.
4) The Mobile App allows you to speed up the renting process if you know what you need before hand.

“I was unsure going here after seeing the reviews. But it looks like it's under new management. Andy is very friendly and helpful, and was able to get me a great truck to rent for the weekend (no way my SUV could fit the things I needed). It sounds like after COVID they had a lot of trouble getting up and running because of a lack of trucks especially - funny enough this is exactly what most people complain about!I'll definitely be back because new management under Andy is great. Most of this stuff comes down to who runs the place and Andy does great. I'm all for supporting local business owners and it's clear Andy's been hard at work trying to fix the reputation here :)I've only ever had trouble renting from Budget (or Avis?) when I try to do something last minute. My recommendation would be to try and book in advance as much as possible - and to be flexible if you're going to book last minute!”
