“I took my 2020 Samsung Notebook 9 Pro to ClickAway for a free diagnostic repair of my broken and malfunctioning computer notebook keyboard. The IT Technician Aidan performed the necessary diagnostics and discussed the problems with me. I agreed to proceed with ordering the electronic parts which included installing a new internal keyboard and a new motherboard. This is extremely delicate work. I saw on YouTube what it involves and it's basically like doing micro-electronic surgery. IT Technician Aidan did a 100% perfect job. My Samsung notebook works like brand new again! All my data was restored and carefully encrypted. Everything was securely and professionally completed to my full satisfaction. I absolutely recommend ClickAway Campbell. This is your one stop tech shop for anything electronic you want fixed and done right! THEY ARE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. I can't over emphasize that this place is where you need to go for help with all of your electronic devices!”

“From what I remember, they offer various pieces of one of a kind, limited edition, Apple merchandise that can't be purchased anywhere else in the entire world, such as hats, Apple t-Shirts, card games, carrying bags, post cards, baby clothes, and you can also get a selection of keychains in the form of AirTag (but these can be found at any Apple Store). The selection at this Apple Store changes frequently and once an item is gone, you can never get it again. There is also something for everybody's price range here!You can also visit the Infinite Loop Apple Campus (and I totally suggest this for anybody visiting the Silicon Valley area of CA), where you can find a (nearly) entirely different selection of pieces of one of a kind, limited edition, Apple merchandise, that can't be purchased anywhere else in the entire world, such as notebooks, pens, coffee cups, t-shirts, etc. Just be careful not to ever depend on finding one particular piece of merchandise, at either of these locations, as their selection changes from time to time, and stock of certain items can run low, especially during the holiday season... this is especially true regarding t-shirt sizes!Definitely check out the Infinite Loop Campus Apple Store you are in the area and you have the time! Steve Jobs literally walked around Infinite Loop Apple Campus, it's that iconic! That and you can actually walk on The Infinite Loop Apple campus and check it out up close! From what I remember, only Apple employees are permitted to be on the new Apple Park Campus. That being said, it's a must see to visit both of the Apple Campuses, if you are an Apple fan and you are visiting the Silicon Valley area! The team at the Apple Park Visitors Center is carefully selected with their knowledge of Apple as a company, their knowledge about Apple products, and their knowledge of Steve Jobs in mind, not to mention their excellent customer service skills, so you won't be disappointed by visiting the Apple Park Visitor's Center, trust me!”

“We were on vacation when I had issue with two brand new iPads for my kids and then my 6 month old phone iPhone Pro went suddenly died. Given the circumstances I wanted to be grumpy about it but everyone at the store was two nice to stay upset. Our main tech, Ray, might just be one of the nicest and most caring people I’ve met, that guy is a national treasure. In any case the team did right by us and tried to fix our issue and ended up replacing my devices. Doesn’t hurt the Los Gatos is a great little town to hang out in.”

“I brought in my Acer laptop due to an extremely gnarly and hard to debug issue where it would randomly reboot. My technician Jesse over at The Cheap Squad spent many hours across 4 sessions to get it fixed. During this entire time, he was extremely communicative and helpful, letting me know all the things he was trying alongside the status of the machine. He also gave me a lot of excellent tips on how to take better care of my computer. On top of all that, he even mentioned that if he wasn't able to get it fixed, they would refund me out of good faith.I'm happy to say that my computer's healthy now, and The Cheap Squad is easily one of the best vendors I have ever worked with. I cannot recommend them enough. They clearly care so much about customer satisfaction and doing quality work. If you're having IT problems, go to them.”
