“I’ve been a huge Apple fan and have used only Apple products since 2009. My whole family loves Apple—from iPhones, iPads, and Apple Watches to MacBooks and AirPods—so visiting the Apple Headquarters was a must for us. While you could catch a small glimpse of the main building from the 2nd-floor balcony, it was a bit disappointing that I couldn't get a full view of the campus. However, I absolutely loved the exclusive souvenirs available here. Ordering a latte at the cafe and getting the Apple logo in the latte art was especially impressive!”

“I needed to get my ancient Mac checked out and found this spot online. Although they no longer take walking or do business with civilians, Jesse still spoke to me and not only heard me out but he referred me to their sister store, which worked out super well. Very nice and clearly very knowledgeable! The sister store was the tech squad and they did an excellent job! Great experience all around.”

“Samantha the manager made my experience at Office Depot absolutely brilliant. Samantha was professional, amicable and showed me only exceptional customer service. She assisted me with my copy and print request and delivered successfully. I am so grateful for her tenacity, patience and willingness to complete my project as my deadline was in 4 hours. THANK YOU SAMANTHA!!! I was so happy with my outstanding experience at Los Gatos Office Depot that I went into the store to purchase a new printer for the office. My experience at Los Gatos Office Depot was at 09:00 Saturday Morning. "The early bird gets the worm." I know this location gets quite busy as it's the only store of its kind in the Los Gatos bubble. If you have a deadline, arrive when they open. The store is normally busy so please exercise patience if you shop or require copy/print services after 10AM. Thank you again Samantha and Office Depot Los Gatos!”

“"I have over the last few years ordered quite a few hard drives and have standardized on Seagate Exos drives. Main reason is good experiences but more important 5 years of warranty. And drives do degrade over time. Now I always had services directly with Seagate so I was a bit reluctant to order from a Company that site between the OEM and me. So we had run a test at one point and found out that that SabrePC returned a replacement in less than half the time of Seagate and that gave me the confidence to order a dozen or so 16TB drives. So last week I started having issue with one of the drives (not a full failure) and returned it and after some direct interaction they shipped me a replacement. Being able to directly interact with customer support without feeling it goes into into a big backbox is a major advantage. So overall happy with the choice we made."”
