“The Apple Park visitor center is pretty neat all things considered, but it wasn't quite everything I had hoped for.For a long time, I have wanted to see the new Apple campus up close. I was hoping to get a good look at it by either driving by, or going to the visitor center. Unfortunately, you just can't really get a good look at it, unless you work for Apple.The visitor center was gorgeous, don't get me wrong, but I still didn't get to see the main building hardly at all. Not even from the roof deck of the visitor center.I picked up an overpriced souvenir shirt from the shop, and got a shockingly good $5 latte from the cafe. Unfortunately though, aside from the proximity to the main Apple HQ and the cafe, the visitor center is just kind of a regular Apple Store.”

“From what I remember, they offer various pieces of one of a kind, limited edition, Apple merchandise that can't be purchased anywhere else in the entire world, such as hats, Apple t-Shirts, card games, carrying bags, post cards, baby clothes, and you can also get a selection of keychains in the form of AirTag (but these can be found at any Apple Store). The selection at this Apple Store changes frequently and once an item is gone, you can never get it again. There is also something for everybody's price range here!You can also visit the Infinite Loop Apple Campus (and I totally suggest this for anybody visiting the Silicon Valley area of CA), where you can find a (nearly) entirely different selection of pieces of one of a kind, limited edition, Apple merchandise, that can't be purchased anywhere else in the entire world, such as notebooks, pens, coffee cups, t-shirts, etc. Just be careful not to ever depend on finding one particular piece of merchandise, at either of these locations, as their selection changes from time to time, and stock of certain items can run low, especially during the holiday season... this is especially true regarding t-shirt sizes!Definitely check out the Infinite Loop Campus Apple Store you are in the area and you have the time! Steve Jobs literally walked around Infinite Loop Apple Campus, it's that iconic! That and you can actually walk on The Infinite Loop Apple campus and check it out up close! From what I remember, only Apple employees are permitted to be on the new Apple Park Campus. That being said, it's a must see to visit both of the Apple Campuses, if you are an Apple fan and you are visiting the Silicon Valley area! The team at the Apple Park Visitors Center is carefully selected with their knowledge of Apple as a company, their knowledge about Apple products, and their knowledge of Steve Jobs in mind, not to mention their excellent customer service skills, so you won't be disappointed by visiting the Apple Park Visitor's Center, trust me!”

“Brought my Nintendo switch lite motherboard into Ed at click away Campbell to switch out a ribbon cable connector and microcontroller. Ed has experience with console repair and is familiar with and does work like northridgefix. Im a novice pcb tinkerer, and Ed was very approachable with my soldering questions I had on my personal projects. Ed did a great job. Thank you Ed.”

“Patrick fixed my older Mac Air Book in about 20 minutes. I was unable to dianose the problem. Patrick deleted some files that were not critical to the operation of the computer. I will be back to purchase my new computer when the time comes, from Patrick.”

“I brought in my Acer laptop due to an extremely gnarly and hard to debug issue where it would randomly reboot. My technician Jesse over at The Cheap Squad spent many hours across 4 sessions to get it fixed. During this entire time, he was extremely communicative and helpful, letting me know all the things he was trying alongside the status of the machine. He also gave me a lot of excellent tips on how to take better care of my computer. On top of all that, he even mentioned that if he wasn't able to get it fixed, they would refund me out of good faith.I'm happy to say that my computer's healthy now, and The Cheap Squad is easily one of the best vendors I have ever worked with. I cannot recommend them enough. They clearly care so much about customer satisfaction and doing quality work. If you're having IT problems, go to them.”

“Shout out to Norman who got our PC working!! We decided to build a PC around a 4090 graphics card from Best Buy and got everything else (minus the CPU, 2TB M.2, and graphics card from BB) from here with help from Rohan. Prices are fair, about consistent with Amazon, don't mind paying the price diff to support local. This store is also awesome because it's a physical store with actual people who know about PCs. Took a whole day to put everything together, booted up, but there was no video. We went back here to see if they could help troubleshoot the problem. Norman instantly was able to pinpoint our problem back to the CPU, he took it out and lo and behold: it was a faulty CPU from BB that we had bought *new* in store. LESSON LEARNED - stuff from BB is susss. Unfortunately, the next day we experienced games freezing on start-up, wasn't able to run anything, so we brought it back, with some troubleshooting we're *pretty* sure it was the graphics card (if you'll recall, we ALSO got this from BB...), as putting in CC's (low-end) card was able to run the same game it crashed consistently on. We ended up getting a graphics card here. We also did a BIOS update which SEEMS to have fixed all the problems. Fingers crossed!!”

“Ordered stuff and my card was charged. The package had the correct address but USPS delivered the package to the wrong address. USPS is a disaster and I do not fault the Bookstore but they should use FedX or UPS for delivery. The package was delivered to another address and the person was kind enough to drop it off at our home, so the situation was resolved. If ordering, do not use USPS.”

“Absolutely amazing!They are nice, and very good at what they do. My laptop pooped out on me, and when I trusted Apple to help me out, they quoted me 50.00 to fix a "wire" of sorts, and a week later, I get a call from apple saying my motherboard is "fried" and that it is going to cost 500.00 to replace it. I told them no thank you, and found these guys on google with fantastic reviews. They figured out that my hard drive was bad...not the motherboard. With parts and labor, I left with a laptop that was good as new for only 250.56. Please. Save your time and money and go to these guys! After my experience I wouldn't trust Apple to fix a sandwich! “Took my very very old but still working lap to see if they can save files and move them to hard drive -- did no open my laptop top while onsite as I trusted them to honestly leave the computer working as it was when I took it there - 3 days later when I went to turn the computer on turns out the mouse does not respond and cannot access any of my work I was able to access before taking it to them -- not Ok not ok as they declined to tell me they had disabled my computer-- Do Not Trust -- by the way they also charge $60 for the "diagnostics". Which no one seems to mention anywhere Update: I called them in Monday following and he had me bring the computer back unsure what happens but he did give me mouse to make the computer functional again thank you”

“Prices could be a bit more competitive,so if you know how to haggle ,you'll get a reasonable deal. If you know exactly what you need,and are not in a hurry,you might find cheaper online,but if you want to get same day exchange on bad RAM or incompatible,these guys are are good bet. Lifetime warranty on all the new stuff they sell,plus it is pretested for defects. I have been buying here since 07 and no issues what so ever with service.”

“"I have over the last few years ordered quite a few hard drives and have standardized on Seagate Exos drives. Main reason is good experiences but more important 5 years of warranty. And drives do degrade over time. Now I always had services directly with Seagate so I was a bit reluctant to order from a Company that site between the OEM and me. So we had run a test at one point and found out that that SabrePC returned a replacement in less than half the time of Seagate and that gave me the confidence to order a dozen or so 16TB drives. So last week I started having issue with one of the drives (not a full failure) and returned it and after some direct interaction they shipped me a replacement. Being able to directly interact with customer support without feeling it goes into into a big backbox is a major advantage. So overall happy with the choice we made."”
