The company is prompt, thoughtful, timely, patient with questions, and budget conscious. They give great advice in the planning stage, show patience while customers compare systems, and come up with a very competitive price with no overselling. Installation happens in multiple stages, but the team holds the customer's hand the whole way. They are quick to get permits, and the installation is done in a few days. Installers do careful and aesthetic work, even on difficult roofs. The company is honest about any delays and keeps customers informed during the entire process, always available to answer questions with great courtesy and competence. After installation, they stay with the customer through the entire process, ensuring they understand all that is taking place, how to interpret data from the app, and how to interact with the utility company. They also provide diligent follow-up support, such as persistently managing rebate applications to secure credits for customers. Freedom Solar put panels on our roof January, 2024. They were great from start to finish. The installers did careful and aesthetic work. We did not have any easy roof!!. We are seeing the benefits now with our pg&e bill.

Super professional team at Freedom Solar, all the way from design and pricing on to filing for the permit in time for April 15 (NEM2) through to installation (which happened months before the targeted date) and finally to the inspection - just a pleasant experience.
