“We completed our first remodel of one bathroom and kitchen/family room. It was an overwhelming and unknown process to say the least. Gridley Company made it easy and took us through the steps one at a time from start to finish. They answered all our inane, simple and crazy questions. All their employees as well as their sub-contractors were great. They were courteous and respectful as we were occupying the house as the remodel was taking place. If there was an issue it was fixed immediately. The only suggestion I would make for the clients is to make sure you go over each of the choices being selected. For example, if you are getting cabinets, consider the height, depth and width. For the tub, consider the height. Other than that, e are already taking notes for our next remodel with Gridley.”

“I have always been very doubtful whenever I see 5 star reviews of businesses, after multiple times being offered "discount" if I promise to write positive reviews on yelp/google (obviously I turned down all such offers). Now having worked with Keith on a project (close to its completion), I highly recommend Keith. He is patient, thorough, and detail-oriented. Before starting the project, he visited multiple times to make sure I had the right samples and he had all the correct measurements and so on. Due to some info uncovered at the late stage of the project, I had to change the entire order. Keith worked with me to tweak the design and update the order with great patience. Finally we encountered some critical issue after initial installation, Keith went above and beyond to find a good solution. More importantly, he never asked for a review. He is the role model that we wish every business owner is like.”

“Overall, I am pleased with the kitchen remodel. They updated a tired '80s kitchen and made it beautiful and modern.Caroline took the lead on design and after a few iterations, we got on the same page. When it finally came time for demo and construction, I got to meet Ellen and Marc. Anytime I had a question, Ellen responded with alacrity and thoroughness. Marc and the rest of the crew were great craftsmen, professional, and polite. (Marc's also got a good sense of humor. I caught Marc singing a Backstreet Boys song one day and had a good laugh with him. Ask him to sing for you.) The crew was timely in their arrivals and always left things tidy at the end of the day.That's not to say that everything in the process was smooth--there were puzzling miscommunications from time to time and minor details to fix toward the end. But, considering some horror stories I've heard from others, these small frustrations pale in comparison.”
