Their approach to teaching is laid-back yet specific, allowing students to build a strong foundation in martial arts.
Excellent place for children. My son is very motivated. Let's go to the third class. We are Brazilians and we were looking for something similar spread in Brazil so as not to lose the culture. Professor Dylan is excellent.

I dropped in for two visits while on a work trip and cannot recommend this gym enough. Rich, the owner, was very welcoming. The gym is clean and the people that train there are friendly.
