Not a friendly environment. The manager Elena itself was rude and not willing to help me in my addition of new line. Would not recommend this store to anyone trying to create new account or add a line. Useless staff

I went to your store on Hamilton Avenue in Campbell and Hector the sales person was very nice very helpful and very patient we spent six hours solving a problem and he handled it extremely well I would highly recommend seeing Hector at the store

Miguel, who took care of me, was very knowledgeable and never used pressure to make a sale. He showed me all costs, comparisons and even made call himself regarding my wish to change plans. Very friendly. Great service!
