I was having trouble with my car, so I contacted Tesla Roadside Assistance and they sent over Roberto.
Roberto arrived on time and ready to help. He was friendly and professional. He clearly explained everything he was going to do for me, and also showed me some tips and tricks for my car.
The loading of my car onto his truck went smoothly and he gave me a call personally to update me when he dropped off my car at the service center.
