“I had a really great experience with the difficult and annoying job of self storage at this facility.
In large part this has been due to Karen, the very excellent manager of the facility that makes the whole process a breeze. She worked with me through each step of the process and made it feel like I had a 5 star, hassle-free, professional experience.
The facility was also clean and felt very safe. Elevators were large enough to make the move easy with bays that abutted the move area. My unit was as described and worked well for my needs.
Overall, facility 5/5, exactly what I needed. Staff/manager (Karen) 1000/5, great experience, wonderful customer service, lovely person.
Would likely use them again when I need storage.

“I definitely would recommend this facility to anyone looking to rent a truck for a long or short distance move. They've got a variety of trucks and E-vans, maintained exceptionally.
Additionally, they have a wonderful and knowledgeable sales safe who go above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction. Caroline, the sales manager, is an excellent example of why Penske is number one in my book. Keep rockin' it guys!”
“IMHO this is the best water store. Friendly staff are always welcoming and provide excellent service. The owner genuinely cares about the wellbeing of customers. She noticed that the bottles that I brought in were dirty and she went ahead and cleaned it for me on her own at no charge.I have seen a number of positive changes after the new owner took over. The store is now really clean and less cluttered. They have installed a brand new water purification system - and the water is really pure, refreshing and tastes awesome! They have introduced alkaline mineral water which my son who is into fitness really raves about. I can fill up multiple bottles quickly rather than wait for 15 minutes to fill up just one bottle like before.Also, they now accept credit cards with no extra charge both inside the store and on the 24/7 vending machines outside.”
“In recently had to rent a f250 to haul my wood chipper and I am very pleased with the outcome. Leonardo helped me with the rental process, and I really appreciate all of his help. He is very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to a make sure you get the best vehicle. Thank you Leo!”
“You could walk in or book online, every was friendly and they made it a smooth transaction. Calling customer service was a Breese. They Comunidad great with the site I was using when I had to extend my truck. And the app was super easy to use.”

“Big location lots of trucks and vehicles to rent...if use this location if it's local for you because we reserved a vehicle at a small nearby U-Haul facility and they just made us come here....was a waste of time trying to get it close to our home I suggest cutting out the middle man....??”
“Rent a trailer form Carlos this time. Totally different experience. Would have gave a 5 but the trailer had dents which had not yet been marked with u-haul stickers to show they were existing. Carlos applied the stickers - good to go.”

“Very positive experience. I actually had problems with Uhaul.com and the 800 number, but the staff was really good about fixing them. It was very easy to talk to them and the U-Box offered me a flexibility option that not many others allowed. The delivery driver was very chill. The staff at the counter was very professional and understanding.”
“Easy and relatively fast for my part-day rental.
However there is a Mileage Charge and also need to Refuel or else pay an additional Fuel Charge.
I had a short rental but the roughly $0.80 per mile (and more on larger trucks) exceeded the daily rental charge. Fuel and Mileage Charges were excessive in my view.”
“Friendly helpful owner. I reserved online the day before and he called to let me know the vehicle was ready for an earlier pickup if I wanted. There is limited onsite parking so you have to park on one of the streets a block away.”
“I had to pick up parts on a fri. afternoon & the people were helpful & the guy at the sales counter was fairly new but very polite & accommodating. It was nice to see someone that was really giving there all with there job & not there just to collect a pay check. Thank you guys for getting us all the right parts much appreciated.”
“I had such a good experience renting a U-Haul from Pure Water. Moving day is usually pretty stressful, but everything about the rental process was super straightforward. They've got it down to a science - I just walked in, picked up my truck, and was on my way.
The owner deserves a special shoutout. They were there if I needed anything but didn't hover over me or try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. You can tell they actually care about making the experience good for their customers.
Honestly, this is probably the smoothest U-Haul rental I've ever done. If you need to rent a truck in the area, these folks have got you covered. Really glad I found them!”
“Service was excellent. Even though I could not use the Uhaul app due to poor signal, the agent showed where to drop off the vehicle and the keys.
The van was clean and sufficient for my stuff.

Although they couldn't accommodate my needs, Tresa, the representative, made several good suggestions. She was very professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. She was the most informative person I talked to out of all the various businesses I contacted. Great job, Tresa! A+ customer service skills.”

“Picked up cargo van at 3 and there was no waiting. I was helped right away and got the van within 5 minutes.
Staff was friendly and answered my questions. They let you park your car when you are using the rental but not sure how long. The van was clean and very good condition.”

“Always easy to rent from here, Justice was super friendly. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait if there's a rush or a bunch of people returned trucks all at once, but it's never been horrible for me.”
