Another terrible experience with fingerprinting. After numerous attempts to sort it out with USPS staff, I ultimately had to call my bank to dispute the transaction. USPS refused to refund for services they never delivered which I paid for.

I found my experience here nothing less than 110% given to solve the problems I was experiencing. They even tracked down a package that was marked 'return to sender ' for me in a matter of 16 hours and had it waiting for me at 9am. A great group of people doing their job top notch ! Thank you again !!

This review is in regard to the walk in passport service. The lady who helped us was excellent. They take only about five folks in walk in service, see photos, there is a clip board that is out at about 6am that you’re supposed to put your name down on for one of the five slots.
They start calling people at eight am. The lady who worked with us was very good knowledgeable about the forms etc. just make sure you have all the right items for completion.
They should have online sign up in my opinion for the slots, also, ideally the information in my photos should also be online rather than obtaining the workflow from google reviews.

Came two days in a row for passport walk-in and they have an awful system where they have people waiting in line at 4:30 or 5 am for a 6am signup sheet where they only accept 5 people to be seen starting at 8 am. I'm not sure if that really qualifies as a walk-in service and it is not good customer service or very humanistic. Especially people with minors who are trying to get their passports but cannot wait over a month for scheduled appointments.

Terrible experience at this post office. Dropped off my passport with the workers on 1/31. They said it would be shipped out the following day. Noticed two and a half weeks later that my passport had not processed yet with the government. Went to talk to them and they gave me the run around saying they shipped it but our mailbox was full (this was a lie). They misplaced it and never shipped it out. Had to raise hell to have them actually send it out. Now I might miss my international trip that I paid $2k for so far. Think twice about trusting them with important documents. Choose another post office.

I went to this place before for passport processing and today for fingerprinting service. Jerome the lead clerk assisted me today and he was very patient with me even though we had to try several times. So happy it got done today because yesterday I went to a different location (eastridge) and it was horrible. Everyone’s nice at this location too. Thank you Jerome! ✨🙏🏼

Came here for passport service. Walk-in signup sheet starts at 6am and only take 5 spots from M-F.
