The middle aged Hispanic lady advisor that I met had a terrible attitude and zero customer service. Not everyone is there to open a new account and not like she didn’t understood the situation. By far the worst encounter I had at any WF bank but one thing thankfully it was quick. Do better.

The service is absolutely terrible. The staff are incompetent, unprofessional, and clearly have no idea what they’re doing. They waste your time, give you different answers every time you ask a question, and couldn’t care less about helping you. Total joke of an operation.
