The 4 stars instead of 5 is only because they aren't open on Saturdays but no reflection of the staff”

“The Campbell branch is the best we have ever visited. We have contacted the other branches nearby about an old issue concerning a debit card and an authorized credit card linked to our existing joint account but all without any direct results.
Last Thursday my wife and I drove past Bank of America at the Campbell location and walked in to try our luck. What first impressed us was the warm reception from the manager, who not only took careful note of our requests but kept us well informed of the waiting time to ensure our matter could be timely attended to by Sheryl.
Sheryl is really a very patient, courteous, and proficient banker. She was attentive to everything we need to do not only about the cards to receive but about the online security with the accounts until she eventually helped resolve a years-old problem with what we would’ve let pass without her help.
