“I finally decided to refi my car and called Eddie who gave me his business card when I came into the Campbell location previously to inquire about it. He was so helpful and I'm super excited for my new rates and APR. I was paying a lot from my previous company and I have some peace of mind now knowing I am now able to save some money. I honestly did not think he would be able to help me but I was completely wrong. Eddie was nice, courteous, explained options and took my constant phone calls when I had all the questions. I was turned down before at another bank to refi a previous car and I went into this seriously scared. This honestly made my year!! Thanks Eddie for your help and patience!!”

“This is the BEST Citibank location I have been to. The workers are extremely friendly and efficient. There is rarely a long line, and even if there is, you won't be waiting in it long. After coming in a few times, they already remember my name and greet me when I enter. It's also a plus that they have safety deposit boxes available at this location. Bonus - this branch is located in the same shopping center as a Safeway, so you can get some grocery shopping done after stopping by the bank and pick up a Starbuck's in the Safeway while you're there.”

The staff from the tellers, to Tammy ( I forgot her title but she is the person who says hello to us first) …and Rhoda, the bank manager, all of them always welcome you with a big smile. With a super tight closing date, Joe was diligent in following up with all the involved parties to fly through the loan pre-approval and underwriting process. “Just went to this branch for a deposit and see if i could re-order checks as the on-line system had issues. Initially 3 tellers and 2 bankers were assisting customers. I was third in line and when the person in front of me thought he was next, one teller left. At that point, there was 6 people behind me. Eight people in total. A banker also left with 2 people waiting next. It appeared the teller and banker were going on a break. That’s really good customer service-NOT!!! I didn’t want to wait to see a banker to resolve the check ordering issue.Update: One of the Bankers just called to assist with the check re-order as I mentioned the on-line system didn’t allow me to order. She put the order through in a flash. Totally amazed and very appreciative she reached out. Now that’s what I called customer service”

“I have had nothing but wonderful service from this bank. My mortgage is with them, and I have a high yield saving account with them that is the highest rate I could find. It is true that they do a lot of their business online, but this is Silicon Valley we live in, so we should be able to handle it. Many of the online banks that pay higher interest are online only. I am thrilled that this one has a brick and mortor location here because they are mostly located on the east coast. Check out their high yield savings account that is currently paying me 4% interest, and I have access to my money anytime.”
