“I went in for a Traeger BBQ. Of all the five associates that I came in contact with, all were knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. A pleasant and simple execution from beginning to end.”

“Just wanted to send a quick thank you to Memo Aldana. He was courtesy, knowledgeable, and was able to help us pick out some plumbing items that are needed for a Church remodel. We will definitely be back for our future projects.”
“Today I went to this store for the first time I was looking for vacuum bags. I did find them a woman by the name Dawnise. Helped me. I also noticed there’s a lot of sewing machines and there was a class being given at the time. My daughter would love to purchase a sewing machine and also learn how to use it and I got information about that as well. I’m looking forward to returning highly recommended.”
“Dave was amazing! I was referred to this place by two diff friends coincidentally and definitely glad I was. They have new and certified used all with great pricing! Thank you Dave for your honest recommendations and help!”
“I was very pleased in the way Linda at the West Hills store and her manager, Josh helped me out with an AC unit when I needed to make a return. They both went above and beyond to assist me and find a solution to my situation.
I will continue to shop at the West Hills Home Depot in the future if I continue to get the customer service I received from Linda and Josh.”

“The gentleman is very honest man, and knowledgeable, I had bad pool pumd. And recommended me to change it to a regular pump, it worked out well. Also when I double checked the pump price online his price was about the same only that he did the labor too included in the price. Thank you for your hard work.
The guy with the Pantair pump.”
“Came in looking for long metal serving trays for work, couldn't find them asked for help and Mauricio and he went above and beyond. He made sure i got the ones I needed and took me over to them. Great customer service, highly recommend.”
“Shout out to Mauricio and crew for the excellent customer service. Above & beyond. Also, it's refreshing to have staff attentive and friendly. I haven't experienced that at a chain hardware store in a really long time. Kudos to management.”
“The staff was incredibly helpful when I came in today. I was in a pinch and needed a new vacuum hose for my next detailing job and they had one ready for me in 5 minutes. I’d recommend them to anyone!”
“Huge selection of furnace filters here. Ours is a non-standard size and I've never seen it at the big box stores, much less the mom and pop shops. Tried ordering off Amazon before, but the filters show up kinda mangled. Some of their inventory requires a contractor's license, so you may wanna call ahead.”
“My water tankless heater failed on Good Friday, expecting heavy rains Saturday, went to Home Depot and they only had 1 in stock (a brand I've never heard of). Called Ferguson 5 minutes before closing and told them my problem and that I was 3 minutes away, the salesmen said come on down. When I arrived there was someone waiting with the gate partially open, actually knew his stuff and had me in and out in 15 minutes with the brand I wanted and made sure I had everything I might need. They saved my weekend, it's nice to know there are still stores out there who will help a man out in a pinch. Thanks a bunch guys, I really appreciate it!!!”

“Omar O. has been my go to designer and sales associate at Ferguson for several projects now. He has been a dream to work with and takes the stress out of the entire process. If a product arrived damaged, he made sure it was corrected. He gave me excellent design and product advice and saved me time and $ in my choices. I can't thank him enough!”
“Mike at the store was incredibly helpful! He guided me through multiple outdoor kitchen setups and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Great service and expert advice – highly recommend!”

“This is my home location and my review might be a bit biased because I've grown to like this location and it's crew. To begin they are right next door to the Hirschians (inside joke) and the prices are always better than Hirsch. Second even though there is always customers waiting it's never too long of a wait to get items I need, chat it up, and get out the door in a timely fashion. I love the customer service, their welcoming good morning, sarcastic answers and jokes. This has grown to be my supplier family. I appreciate all their work and help they provide. Especially Daniel, he always provides the best customer service!”
