“I was very pleased in the way Linda at the West Hills store and her manager, Josh helped me out with an AC unit when I needed to make a return. They both went above and beyond to assist me and find a solution to my situation. I will continue to shop at the West Hills Home Depot in the future if I continue to get the customer service I received from Linda and Josh.”

“This review is only for the kids workshops that take place on the first Saturday of every month. This is my go-to location for the kids workshops. They are way more organized than other locations that we have been to. They're even considerate enough to put up tents on those terribly sunny and hot days. They always have at least two employees running the workshop, they play a playlist of Disney hits over a portable speaker during those hours, and most recently, they had printed out a list of all of the people who had registered beforehand to make sure the kits went to those customers.”

“Just wanted to send a quick thank you to Memo Aldana. He was courtesy, knowledgeable, and was able to help us pick out some plumbing items that are needed for a Church remodel. We will definitely be back for our future projects.”

“Family run, fair prices, fast to schedule appts. I’ve used Buzz’s appliance repair several times and appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism. I came home from vacation to discover my dryer drum wasn’t rotating. I have a 30+ year old dryer and they are able to keep that classic going like a champ. Today I called at noon, Eugene was at my door within an hour, replaced my dryer belt and my dryer was working by 1:30pm! Sincerely appreciate the great service AGAIN. Thank you ?”

Kingdom Sewing & Vacuum Center, 1790 E Los Angeles Ave Unit D, Simi Valley CA 93065
“Best experience ever with this shop. They serviced both my multi needle Brother and my Singer sewing machine. They were communicative and the machines came back clean and refreshed. They lifted my machines in and out of my car (thank you, because the Brother is 120lbs and I can’t do it). I’ll definitely be making them my service shop for the life of my machines. They also sell thread and stabilizer, so you can feel good to support a local business!”

“The gentleman is very honest man, and knowledgeable, I had bad pool pumd. And recommended me to change it to a regular pump, it worked out well. Also when I double checked the pump price online his price was about the same only that he did the labor too included in the price. Thank you for your hard work. The guy with the Pantair pump.”

“We had an excellent experience at pacific sales. We came in needing a fridge, oven and microwave. Darren was SO helpful, knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. He never pressured us to buy but instead gave us all our options and allowed us time to think it through. We will be purchasing all appliances from here via Darren.”

“The staff was incredibly helpful when I came in today. I was in a pinch and needed a new vacuum hose for my next detailing job and they had one ready for me in 5 minutes. I’d recommend them to anyone!”

“Great experience all around. The notable difference between family-owned pride and a cold, corporate dealership. Armen clearly cares far more about building honest, lasting relationships than just meeting quotas. Grateful for everything he’s done for us. Needless to say, he’s our guy from here on out.”

“I went to ferguson to get a repair kit for my water heater and Christian helped me, went out of his way to find the parts and when I was ready to pay he checked for warranty and replace the items for free. The whole staff goes out of their way to help you all of the time”

“This is my home location and my review might be a bit biased because I've grown to like this location and it's crew. To begin they are right next door to the Hirschians (inside joke) and the prices are always better than Hirsch. Second even though there is always customers waiting it's never too long of a wait to get items I need, chat it up, and get out the door in a timely fashion. I love the customer service, their welcoming good morning, sarcastic answers and jokes. This has grown to be my supplier family. I appreciate all their work and help they provide. Especially Daniel, he always provides the best customer service!”

“Many staff members approached us to ask if we need any assistance during our visits here which I don’t experience at any other locations. Overall great experience at this location.”

“Had a wonderful experience with Aaron Kindred at the new Mission Viejo store shopping for replacements for our Gaggenau ovens. Aaron educated us on our options and limitations given built-in size requirements, cooking style, and desired outcome. Never made us feel like he was steering us in any particular direction - we had done our homework so he knew where we were headed, and gave us time to settle our minds - even sacrificing his lunch hour rather than rush us. Dealt with us honestly about pricing, where we could save (and couldn't), and closed the deal that afternoon.”

9401 Oso Ave, Chatsworth CA 91311
“Huge selection of furnace filters here. Ours is a non-standard size and I've never seen it at the big box stores, much less the mom and pop shops. Tried ordering off Amazon before, but the filters show up kinda mangled. Some of their inventory requires a contractor's license, so you may wanna call ahead.”

“Excellent, excellent customer service and prices with Troy! Troy is very knowledgeable, patient and supportive with the appliances and products he sells! 5star is not enough to reflect his professionalism. Great selection of appliances and products! Now that we have finally moved in, I could not be happier with the thermador, Hansgrohe and zephyr. Thank you, Troy!!!”

“Omar O. has been my go to designer and sales associate at Ferguson for several projects now. He has been a dream to work with and takes the stress out of the entire process. If a product arrived damaged, he made sure it was corrected. He gave me excellent design and product advice and saved me time and $ in my choices. I can't thank him enough!”

“Shout out to Mauricio and crew for the excellent customer service. Above & beyond. Also, it's refreshing to have staff attentive and friendly. I haven't experienced that at a chain hardware store in a really long time. Kudos to management.”

“I am so impressed with the service and attention I was given when we purchased a washing machine recently. A great machine at a more than fair price. We had them deliver to our house. The guys were so polite and snd did a great job. I highly recommend this place!”

“Phil in tools is working his butt off today. People might complain about the wait, but let's not forget he didn't choose to lock up all the tools, that's a Home Depot policy because of thefts. He helped every customer with grace and patience. Perhaps Home Depot could staff another person to help because Phil had to walk each person to check out and that is very time consuming.”

“I went in for a Traeger BBQ. Of all the five associates that I came in contact with, all were knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. A pleasant and simple execution from beginning to end.”
