“I was searching high and low for a great body shop because I'm such a car buff once my car was damaged I was very concerned about the quality of the work to make it look new again. what happened was pure luck in that his shop was near the last shop that I had used. I stopped there and chatted with Moses the owner After getting an estimate was really impressed with how professional and friendly they were, so I decided to give them the opportunity. I must say that I was genuinely surprised and and pleased! By the time it took to finish the car, the cost and the quality of the work. It's kind of a small boutique shop that normally wouldn't catch your eye. Don't let that throw you off. The reviews for the shop are also very good, rightfully so. You won't be disappointed.”

I’ve been going to Moises auto shop for years. So I called him and told him my situation and he sourced the parts for me and helped me replace them. Super fast and best customer service I’ve ever gotten from a car shop. They do a great job with fixing the cars but I think what makes them special is the customer service Marcos and the team provide.”

“I just picked up my car after nearly 3 weeks of it being in the shop. I was rear-ended a month ago. Harry, the owner, was great in helping me and Bruce was my point of contact when it came to updates on my car. I highly recommend going to them for auto body service. They are reliable and trust-worthy and friendly and helpful. This was my second time taking my car to them in 2 months (we gotta stop meeting like this. 😉
The first time, my car was clipped by a driver in a parking lot who cut too close while parking and hit my rear bumper. My car was in the shop for just over a week. I needed a rental and the nearest place was roughly 2.5 miles from
Bumper to Bumper-super convenient. Bruce was kind enough to drive me to/from the first time. This more recent situation, Harry instructed me to just leave the rental at their shop and he’d arrange for the rental company to pick up. Super helpful and very convenient.
The work done to my vehicle looks beautiful. I’m very happy and even more so that I have my car back.

“Marcos is so kind! I had gotten hit on Wednesday and while there wasn't a lot of visible damage, I wasn't sure if there could be internal damage. I moved down to SoCal and my dad used to own an auto body and he's always handled these situations for me so I wasn't sure what to do, so I called and left a voicemail asking if there was a way for them to assess the damage. Marcos called me back the next morning to explain that I could bring it in for an assessment but if I wanted to check for any internal damage, then it would require labor costs since they'd have to take my car apart which may not be worth it if the hit was just from someone parallel parking. He said I could still bring it in and they'd take a look for any exterior damage though! I had to call my insurance to see what I should do before making an appointment to bring my car in, but I was so appreciative of Marcos taking the time to explain the details to me.”

“Family Owned (last I checked), quality body shop. We have going to this business for close to 30 years--we have a long history of no-fault and poor driving accidents; Tony's has always been our go-to shop. As long as I can recall, we've enjoyed the sweet candies in the bowl on the counter AND the bag of toffee nuts from Somis Nut House (I think they're toffee nuts) we get on the day we pick up the car. These are a yummy treat that do not last the drive home. Thanks Tony's!!”

“I’m beyond a typical review! I brought my vehicle in on 9/8 after being rear ended. Julie at tge front office helped me from beginning to end and answered all my questions. Raul was terrific and he to guided me with prior inspection to order parts ahead of time. I brought it back on the 8th and Raul anticipated a week or two if an additional part was need of ordering. I felt this was a good choice of where to have the body work done. Raul contacted me on the 9th and he had to order a part however, car may be ready as early as the 16th or possibly the 15th. I was excited with that news. Then on the 10th Raul called and I was told that the car will be ready tomorrow!!!
I’m totally in 7th heaven and it’s because I made the choice to go to Caliber Collision in Canoga Park. It’s a miracle and I will be forever grateful to Julie and Raul.”

“10/10 Excellent service and customer service. I was hit by a car at an intersection and my car couldn't move any further; We called a tow truck and took it to the parking lot. When I contacted this service, the owner of the service told me that I didn't have to worry and that they would come and take my car themselves. I was not involved in the repair from start to finish; the owner of the service periodically called me and informed me about the condition of my car. He took care of everything from transportation to renting a replacement car for me. The car was repaired quickly and I am very happy with it. The car is like new, there are no defects or inconveniences from using the car. Before handing over the car to me, it was sent to a specialized electronics service for a final check of all faults, and they also did an excellent cleaning of the car interior. The car has an excellent paint job and the owner showed me all the replaced parts of my car. The biggest plus of this service is the attitude towards customers, thank you for your attention and good repair, I recommend everyone who encounters this to contact this service, they are professionals in their field. Thanks again for the work done. 5 stars!”
