“We went in for a phone issue. The staff who assisted us were excellent. Obie (my apologies for misspell) was excellent, knowledgeable, and patient. It was a complicated problem, as such, the technical team came together trying to resolve the issue. The store manager took the time to assist too. The team finally discovered what was the issue, however, it is an apple software updated issue, so the problem was escalated. The Obie and store manager were very empathetic.
