“If I could give Alex Alejandro Jimenez 100 stars, I absolutely would! His customer service, patience, professionalism, and knowledge in helping me select the perfect refrigerator for my mom were beyond reproach. I cannot thank him enough for the time he spent assisting me, answering all of my questions, and keeping me informed through emails and phone calls throughout the entire process. His dedication, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help turned what could have been a stressful purchase into an easy and enjoyable experience. Thank you, Alex, for going above and beyond in every way. You are a tremendous asset to Best Buy, and I truly appreciate everything you did for us. Best Buy is fortunate to have someone as dedicated and customer-focused as you on its team.”

“Honestly… with my liquid damage on my 2024 Mac laptop with “juice” ?… at that and a non removable memory board…this was a better experience than I could imagine. My worst nightmare was losing my data… and everything chat gpt told me on what to do I did wrong…. Do not try and turn it back on and don’t use a blow dryer. Just turn it upside down…fyi ? Not only did he repair my computer but I got my data… and since my computer screen was unrepairable he let me borrow a monitor until I can afford buying a new screen… Crazy thing is I was refered by a friend from NY who happened to be in town when he needed assistance for his computer. As big as I am about reviews I often feel tech guys are still gonna be less personable and all about the money. Well I was glad to have met “Eman” who made me feel reassured and comfortable with leaving my computer with him and not coming back with more costs then expected. He is honest and very respectful. makes sure he tries his best just to make customers happy. He had 3 differnt techs work on it. Bought a part that cost almost as must as he quoted me and still didn’t add more on top. I gave him a tip just for being kind and I hope others too too and get to leave with the same rejoice I did. I cried when he gave me the news on my computer, not just cause he resolved my problem but because there aren’t as many kind people like that in that industry let alone in the world. Bless his heart and his team. I come back to get my desk top serviced too when I get enough money. Trust him and that’s important to me!”

“I took my daughter’s desktop thinking the HDMI port has gone bad. Their specialist quickly diagnosed the computer and found a quick work around.Furthermore, they cleaned the inside of the computer, since they thought it was dirty and soon will cause problem. Surprisingly, they didn’t charge me even a penny. I practically received an expert and professional service for free, and I was able to get the computer back in the same morning. I was very pleased and satisfied with the Raven’s service provided to me. I highly recommend them.”

“Thank you Ivan for all your assistance, I truly appreciate it. You made the process so seamless. I would have given five stars but the only reason is that the inventory was limited. I wish they had more options but I took what I can get. The delivery was rescheduled but Ivan made sure to connect with me and keep me updated. He helped move my payment date to align with my paychecks which I was great appreciative of. The dining table was beautiful, great quality and I would recommend RAC to all my friends and family. Items are very affordable, prices are transparent to meet your budget and needs. Thank you Canoga Park RAC❤️☺️”

“This is the only place that can build High-End Desk Tops suitable for the most demanding visual effects and broadcast design. used in shows for Paramount, Universal, Fox/Disney, Apple etc. Their service and communication is first class and I would never risk this side of our business with anyone else. Over the past 25 years, they have designed and built render-farms, NAS backup tools, many, many workstations, and are always there when you need them most. No other vendor comes close to what they build and they always pick up the phone.”

“Very nice location. Two story layout. Display are nice and clean. They have water drinking stations and restrooms. Parking might be limited. Staff are nice but sometimes it’s too much attention and when you need them they are not there haha. Overall I would recommend to come and check the products in person before buying”

“I always leave this store satisfied. Sometimes the service can take a little longer, but there are understandable reasons for that. The store can get very busy, and you can see that the employees are not just standing around — they are all working hard and trying their best to help every customer as quickly as possible.”
