“I've had terribly deformed feet for over 30 years. This leads to a lot of continuous pain and I also have neuropathy in one foot. Every shoe I purchase feels ok until my feet break them in (3 months worth) and then I am crying just to walk around. Then someone I know found Frank at Viviano. He put my foot in a mold and told me he would call when the shoes were ready. WOW!!! I wear the shoes 7 days a week and other than the neuropathy I can walk without pain. THANKS FRANK AND VIVIANO. I will be back for more shoes!”

“I agree with another reviewer that unfortunately most of the clothes online can never be picked up at the store. If there was a way to make this happen quicker that would be awesome. It would be lovely if they could increase the inventory at this store or get quicker shipping from corporate. Otherwise it's better just to ship from the online site.”

“This is the best sneaker store in LA. Not only do they have sneakers, but they have designer, streetwear, and their own clothing brand. They carry brands like Chrome Hearts, Gallery Department, Supreme, and more. They have been at the Westfield Topanga for a couple years now and I don’t see them leaving soon. I love doing business with them. Im happy to spend my money here!”

“Returned a pair of boots I ordered online. This location is very clean and the employees are very friendly. It's very easy to return online orders at any DSW. My credit went right back onto my credit card. They didn't need to see my card and they now email your receipt. Great way to save a tree! They also offer a $5 coupon upon your return to use in the store "that day only." Today I didn't find anything I liked but it's hit or miss for me. *Plenty of parking in the lot. *The sale rack is located upstairs”

“I stopped by this Vans store today to look at their skateboard collections. My wife was shopping at a bag store next door so I didn't want to wait around for her there. When I walked in, a worker greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I told her I was just browsing around and she didn't interrupted me. They have some nice collections of skateboard here if you want to come take a look. I also looked at their shoes and shirts. I don't wear Vans stuff but some of their selections were nice.”

I went to this Foot Locker location, got a product suggestion and was out the door in five minutes. The staff was friendly and extremely attentive. Reasonable price points as well. Great experience, will be back.”

“My first time at this store and I loved it! The clothing and accessories are gorgeous! Unfortunately, we encountered a disturbing experience with a robbery at the mall. This review is for the staff at this store location. The way they handled the situation and made sure we were all safe was so amazing! Emily took charge the during the entire time and made sure we were all okay! While everyone in the mall was screaming and running out, she put herself in harms way and locked the doors and directed all of us to the back for our safely. Emily, Natalie and the entire staff of Madewell...thank you so much for keeping us safe! I will definitely stop by Madewell, not only to shop for the great clothes, but to visit these girls!”

She was very helpful and very knowledgeable on the shoes I was purchasing. She was very patient with me. I wanted to try a few sizes to make sure the fit was perfect and she even took pictures so I would be able to see the difference in the shoe sizes. She went well beyond her customer care. “Natalia in the women's shoe section is so phenomenal. I am a bridesmaid in a wedding and I needed my shoes approved by the bride. I could wear only nude or gold heels. She must've searched the entire department, brought me EVERY option, spoke to the bride on FaceTime about specifications. She had the most positive attitude and not once complained, and she would've been warranted to complain! She is an amazing employee, amazing at customer service, and she helped me with the impossible. She found a show for me that met all the criteria, was comfortable, and looked great on my feet.
