“Not a huge discount store. Prices are fairly retail. Came her for a deal. Not so much. Notary options for men athletic shoes in wide size specially on a deal. Great for women. 80% of the store is for women. Your not getting a bargain here. And that's what I thought this place was good for. Anyways I was wrong. Retail pricing is what you get here for the most part. The discounts if any are very minimal. 30% is their limited clearance section.”

I love Vans, always have, and the store located in Topanga mall is top notch. I shop here regularly and the customer service is always "off the wall" (see what I did there?) :-) Anyway I MUST give a shoutout to my girl Pearce who hooked it up with some new kicks and even laced them for me! Stopped by the Topanga location & this whole store (#817) made me want to start in person shopping again! All employees were super sweet, interactive & HELPFUL! The store was extremely packed with such great selection of goodies and one of the most clean/organized FP store I’ve seen. Everything was neat, folded and looked like it was up-kept all day (visited at night). Topanga FP has been a game changer and I’d drive the extra distance to make this my go to store from now on. Whoever is managing this store is doing great & deeply appreciate all the kindness throughout the store! “I've had terribly deformed feet for over 30 years. This leads to a lot of continuous pain and I also have neuropathy in one foot. Every shoe I purchase feels ok until my feet break them in (3 months worth) and then I am crying just to walk around. Then someone I know found Frank at Viviano. He put my foot in a mold and told me he would call when the shoes were ready. WOW!!! I wear the shoes 7 days a week and other than the neuropathy I can walk without pain. THANKS FRANK AND VIVIANO. I will be back for more shoes!”
“Natalia in the women's shoe section is so phenomenal. I am a bridesmaid in a wedding and I needed my shoes approved by the bride. I could wear only nude or gold heels. She must've searched the entire department, brought me EVERY option, spoke to the bride on FaceTime about specifications. She had the most positive attitude and not once complained, and she would've been warranted to complain! She is an amazing employee, amazing at customer service, and she helped me with the impossible. She found a show for me that met all the criteria, was comfortable, and looked great on my feet. THANK YOU NATALIA!! You made a really painful shopping experience as pleasurable as possible. You are lucky to have her!!!”

It would be lovely if they could increase the inventory at this store or get quicker shipping from corporate. Otherwise it's better just to ship from the online site.”

“I made 11am reservations at NM Cafe before the restaurant permanently closed. I invited a dear friend to partake in ordering my favorite lunch entree consisting of orange mousse soufflé with chicken salad mixed fruit and blueberry muffin. My ultimate favorite are their complimentary pop overs and chicken soup ... the best! I'll miss Topanga NM Cafe and will have to trek over to Beverly Hills cafe to experience their wonderful popovers!”
“My first time at this store and I loved it! The clothing and accessories are gorgeous! Unfortunately, we encountered a disturbing experience with a robbery at the mall. This review is for the staff at this store location. The way they handled the situation and made sure we were all safe was so amazing! Emily took charge the during the entire time and made sure we were all okay! While everyone in the mall was screaming and running out, she put herself in harms way and locked the doors and directed all of us to the back for our safely. Emily, Natalie and the entire staff of Madewell...thank you so much for keeping us safe! I will definitely stop by Madewell, not only to shop for the great clothes, but to visit these girls!”

The place is clean as always and they always have variety of products from sneakers, boots, jerseys of all sizes, socks, running shoes, base ball hats, sweat pants, hoodies, you name it.”

“Let me start off by saying I shop here SO much and absolutely love their clothing. The reality is, at times some clothes simply don’t work out and you have to return or exchange. Aritzia is known for their strict return policies and tbh I was hesitant to return some jeans that simply didn’t fit right for me once I tried them on at home because managers beforehand would still give clients a hard time even after the fact that was explained. BUT I want to say it was a refreshing experience yesterday with the associate who helped me, Victoria. Not sure if she was a manager or not but she definitely displayed leadership qualities and should be if she’s not already! Simply put, she understood the value of a customers experience, honored the return and was empathetic about wanting the customers to me happy. She was gracious, polite and warm. In the long run THIS is what counts and keeps customers coming back. Thank you Victoria! ?”

“I had the greatest experience at Jimmy Choo. I called a day in advance to see if my size was available, which it was. Adriana Villalazo is AMAZING. She put my shoes on hold for me. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable on the shoes I was purchasing. She was very patient with me. I wanted to try a few sizes to make sure the fit was perfect and she even took pictures so I would be able to see the difference in the shoe sizes. She went well beyond her customer care. “I stopped by this Tillys store this morning inside Westfield Topanga Mall to just browse around while my wife shop at a store nearby. When I walked inside, I went straight to look at their hats selections. I then started walking to their sunglasses since I saw the Oakley sign but didn't see any of Oakley sunglasses in their display. I check out a couple of their tshirts and they had some nice one like Wolverine. They carry backpacks here as well but it's all behind the counter so you'll have to ask someone for help. They have the kids or boys clothing toward the back of the store and also the fitting room as well.”

“This is the best sneaker store in LA. Not only do they have sneakers, but they have designer, streetwear, and their own clothing brand. They carry brands like Chrome Hearts, Gallery Department, Supreme, and more. They have been at the Westfield Topanga for a couple years now and I don’t see them leaving soon. I love doing business with them. Im happy to spend my money here!”
