“Can’t say enough good things about the Milk Room. The owners Greg and Rob put their heart and soul into this place and it shows. They have an amazing collection of clothes and super reasonable prices.It can sometimes be intimidating to walk into a vintage shop, but these guys made everyone who walked in comfortable. Greg and Rob are just so personable and down to earth. When Rob heard I loved animal tees, he went in the back and brought out this crazy dolphin tee for me. Most vintage shops would charge well over $30 for it and he threw it in for $10.They also have a recording studio in the back and let tons of young bands use their space to perform. The vibes here are just amazing and I’m so happy I stopped by.Best shop in LA, hands down!”

“shoe lab always does a good job on cleaning my luxury sneakers and repairing my belts or wallet, when i need some tune up or any repairs, they been around for over 30 years, i like that they have 2 places in the same street in case i am in the mall i stop by in the new location , in case i am in the village i drop off my stuff as well.

“I wasn't sure I wanted to go inside, but gave it a shot. First, I was greeted at the door by the security guard which was pleasant, helpful, and had a beautiful smile. She made me feel very welcome and if I were the manager.. I would offer her a job where she can really flourish and where she can make sales for the company. She was informative and helpful, really seemed knowledgeable.. I looked for a T-shirt for me and a pair of sunglasses for my girlfriend.. although I couldn't find a shirt I liked , I did find sunglasses that were perfect and very affordable.. I was helped by two people while looking for sunglasses and one of them escorted me to a register and checked me out and I didn't have to wait in line. I really enjoyed shopping at the store and would recommend it to everyone.. thank you bloomingdales!”

“I would like to highly compliment to employees. I was served by an assisted by Joshua sometime around 8 PM on Saturday. I had a very intricate issue going on with a credit and Joshua had Malcolm his supervisor to come over and this young man had a smile on their face the whole entire time I’ve never seen this and Customer Service I am 40 years plus experience in customer service so I think the two of them provided outstanding Service professionalism smiles. They did more than what was required.
