“I have very wide feet. In some shoe models a size 13 3E width. I also need dress shoes and training shoes. For much of my 7 decades of life, my shoes were torture chambers. When I could find shoes I had to order them sight unseen and hope they fit. A 50-50 proposition at best. Generally in my life, the more expensive the shoe, the more they hurt my feet.
Then I discovered Chic Wide Shoes. It's 30 miles away in Tarzana but I make the drive a few days ago.
My existing shoes were in horrible condition, so I finally had to make a move. This time, when I went to Chics, they not only could sell me the wide shoes, BUT THEY HAD ALL OF THEM IN STOCK!!. I bought 3 pairs of training shoes (Propet and New Balance) as well as a pair of dress sizes (Florsheim). They told me they had just increased their stock dramatically.
When I walked in, I was ready to make two trips (one to order, another to pick up). I did everything in on 30 minute visit. Boy was I glad. Amira and John worked with me, with great advice making sure I had the right shoe and the right size.
Chic Wide Shoes is a great place. I will go to them whenever I need shoes.”

“This is the best sneaker store in LA. Not only do they have sneakers, but they have designer, streetwear, and their own clothing brand. They carry brands like Chrome Hearts, Gallery Department, Supreme, and more. They have been at the Westfield Topanga for a couple years now and I don’t see them leaving soon. I love doing business with them. Im happy to spend my money here!”

“Can’t say enough good things about the Milk Room. The owners Greg and Rob put their heart and soul into this place and it shows. They have an amazing collection of clothes and super reasonable prices.It can sometimes be intimidating to walk into a vintage shop, but these guys made everyone who walked in comfortable. Greg and Rob are just so personable and down to earth. When Rob heard I loved animal tees, he went in the back and brought out this crazy dolphin tee for me. Most vintage shops would charge well over $30 for it and he threw it in for $10.They also have a recording studio in the back and let tons of young bands use their space to perform. The vibes here are just amazing and I’m so happy I stopped by.Best shop in LA, hands down!”

I had a very intricate issue going on with a credit and Joshua had Malcolm his supervisor to come over and this young man had a smile on their face the whole entire time I’ve never seen this and Customer Service I am 40 years plus experience in customer service so I think the two of them provided outstanding Service professionalism smiles. They did more than what was required. “I had a fantastic experience at the Skechers Northridge location. I called ahead to arrange an exchange, and Josh was incredibly helpful. He located my original order, arranged for the replacement to be ready, and even had it waiting for me in the locker when I arrived.
Josh was professional, polite, and efficient throughout the entire process. He made sure I had the chance to try on the new item to ensure I was happy with it before finalizing the exchange. “I wanted to leave an honest review from someone who had an amputation of my pinky toe from kaiser. I was devastated when I had to have it removed, and when I had to get custom shoes I was also just not in the mood to go, or even see this guy.
I was treated with SO MUCH LOVE and it made me feel like a an all star when I left. The owner dealt with me personally and was making me feel comfortable, very accommodating, and made the whole experience feel like a friendship and not a customer/insurance deal.
Screw anyone who gives this guy a bad rap, he is genuine, caring, and loves what he does. I would go back even without insurance.”

little more pricier like 190 - 220! truly someone that has wide feet would only understand. I went to REI and they didnt have any wide shoes in stock. My Wide Feet Store, now only sells women shoes but they referred me here!!
