“Ok so I typically write reviews about restaurants and hotels etc, but I have to take a second to give credit where it is due. I love Vans, always have, and the store located in Topanga mall is top notch. I shop here regularly and the customer service is always "off the wall" (see what I did there?) :-) Anyway I MUST give a shoutout to my girl Pearce who hooked it up with some new kicks and even laced them for me! Great job girl, amazing customer service!”

“Beautiful, luxurious-looking jewelry, especially the gold Jesus Christ necklace and rings. ✨ Alexis provided excellent service and gave me a clear, honest answer to my question. I was curious why the rings don’t come in an XS or smaller size. It would also be helpful to allow customers to try on the rings to make sure the fit is right. Joseph was helpful in showing me the necklaces I was considering, which made it easier to compare my options and make an informed decision. Fast checkout and attentive service. They deserve special recognition for their customer care. Thank you. God bless.”

“Francis Retail provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They helped me find a beautiful dining set at an amazing price and made the entire process easy and stress-free. The delivery and installation were handled professionally, and everything was set up perfectly. It’s rare to find a company that combines great pricing, quality furniture, and exceptional customer service all in one experience. I couldn’t be happier with my new dining set and highly recommend Francis Retail to anyone looking for quality furniture and a team that truly cares about their customers. Thank you for making this such a great experience!”

“Great gifts, great Staff! Always a go-to gift spot for the people in my life who love graphic tees! Was able to snag a really cool berserk one, and I recommend going to the one at Westfield Topanga, or the Northridge Fashion Center if you’re ever in need! I forgot to take a picture of it, but here’s a stock photo! Staff is really nice, and the store is well put together!”

“I stopped by this Gap store after visiting the Gap kids store which is connected to this store inside. I didn't realize they were the same store until I walked out of the Gap Kids store and right next to it is the regular Gap store. The store isn't that big because it's sharing the adults and kids clothing. So when you walk in, the men's jeans are on the right and the women jeans are on the left. The prices are higher here than other places but if it's your style and you like it then that's what matters. The staff are friendly and helpful if you have any questions. A lady worker asked if I needed any help but I just told her I was browsing.”

“Haven't been to this DDs in so long... Once I walked in I was immediately greeted by staff. The shelves were super organized and clean. I'm so impressed by how tidy up the whole store is. Usually you walk into a DDs and it's usually messy and you find lots of items out up place. Thank you DDs I will be back soon! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐”

“This business provided a very positive experience overall. The employees were helpful, patient, and professional. I appreciated how organized everything was and how easy it was to find what I needed. The staff took the time to answer my questions and offered useful recommendations without being pushy. The environment was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Although there was a small wait during a busy period, the quality of service made it worthwhile. I would gladly return and recommend this business to others”

“I spent my birthday money online at AE. Some things didn't quite fit and others didn't fit at all so I ran to the AE store in this mall and was immediately greeted by Emma. She was friendly and so very helpful!! She was kind to my young children. And she helped me return and exchange and purchase new things online all in the same transaction. She also ran back to the shelf and pulled the pair of jeans that I had been considering online. Thanks for your service and help today Emma!”

“I must tell you part of the experience when shopping at the stores is the quality of customer service you receive and Tori above and beyond to make this and every experience absolutely amazing. She is one of the reasons why I continue to shop at this store for my wife because every time we go there, she truly takes care of us and make sure everything is perfect. She also takes the time to make sure my kiddos are given some sort of delicious little treat that they have in the back and she is one of the reasons why I will forever be a client to this store and Tori in particular. If this was my company, I would highly recommend promoting Tori to management from the level of customer service she gives each and every time.”

“Came out here due to my kids pants getting damaged after one single use in the middle of his school day. Right off the bat greeter was ready. Explained to the cashier what my reason for being in the store was. He called the manager over, RUFIO. Expecting for my situation to just be dismissed, RUFIO looked at the pants and noticed right off the bat they hadn’t even been washed (only used for half the day). Long story short, took care of it. Swapped them out immediately saved my son from being embarrassed one more time. Show up for some good service.”

“Rachel greeted me when walking into the store, and i have never gotten levi jeans before so she helped me find the right cut, and brought me multiple sizes to try. I found a couple that I loved and even helped me get them tailored with nice back patches. She was so so sweet and helpful. The tailor that day was also very sweet and answered all my questions!!”

“The mens store is clean and staff friendly and helpful. Hope this store can survive and stay round as many retailers are closing down. It's on the 2nd floor only with the home decor department about half the space. Never crowded which is nice as well.”

“I stopped by this Abercrombie Kids inside Westfield Topanga Mall today while my wife was at a store across looking at purses and jewelry. We are expecting a baby girl so I wanted to see what kind of cute clothing they had. They had some decent ones and I came right when the store open so there was no other guest there. A worker approach me and asked if I needed any help but I told her I was just browsing.”

“My wife and I stopped by Nordstrom so she can look at purses. She wanted to look at the Tory Burch brand and it was toward the middle of the store. They did change some stuff around in the store. I remember they used to have racks of mobile pickup area but now that's gone. We mostly stayed on the 2nd floor but it looks like they have a lot of stuff to offer. The store is very cleaned and organized.”

“My first time at this store and I loved it! The clothing and accessories are gorgeous! Unfortunately, we encountered a disturbing experience with a robbery at the mall. This review is for the staff at this store location. The way they handled the situation and made sure we were all safe was so amazing! Emily took charge the during the entire time and made sure we were all okay! While everyone in the mall was screaming and running out, she put herself in harms way and locked the doors and directed all of us to the back for our safely. Emily, Natalie and the entire staff of Madewell...thank you so much for keeping us safe! I will definitely stop by Madewell, not only to shop for the great clothes, but to visit these girls!”

“BEST free people I have ever been to! Being a frequent FP buyer I don’t always have great experiences in store unfortunately & came to the acceptance that this is the service, but this store changed my mind. Stopped by the Topanga location & this whole store (#817) made me want to start in person shopping again! All employees were super sweet, interactive & HELPFUL! The store was extremely packed with such great selection of goodies and one of the most clean/organized FP store I’ve seen. Everything was neat, folded and looked like it was up-kept all day (visited at night). Topanga FP has been a game changer and I’d drive the extra distance to make this my go to store from now on. Whoever is managing this store is doing great & deeply appreciate all the kindness throughout the store! I usually don’t write reviews but when there is outstanding service, they should be recognized. Thank you store #817 I will be back!!! ?”

“I made 11am reservations at NM Cafe before the restaurant permanently closed. I invited a dear friend to partake in ordering my favorite lunch entree consisting of orange mousse soufflé with chicken salad mixed fruit and blueberry muffin. My ultimate favorite are their complimentary pop overs and chicken soup ... the best! I'll miss Topanga NM Cafe and will have to trek over to Beverly Hills cafe to experience their wonderful popovers!”
