Today I mailed six small packages and postal clerk Lerne was extremely pleasant and helpful. He made the entire experience at the Canoga Avenue Post Office an enjoyable one.

Some of the workers are okay, but others are miserable and it’s evident. Get an education if customers are annoying and you don’t want to work in a facility like this.
