When you walk in its a calm quiet feel , you shop and everyone around you seems to be in there own world. A little on the pricey side but they still have there deals, definatly recommend there night slippers, found a pair for $10 cute and comfy.”

“I have never used the Amazon return option that Kohl's offers, but I tried it today because it seemed like the easiest option. All I had to do was bring my items with the original plastic packaging and Kohl's would scan my barcode (which was provided by Amazon once I initiated the return through the app). I walked in and was greeted by Lydia at the front. She noticed I had an Amazon box and she asked if I knew where the drop-off was. I told her that I didn't! She gave me easy directions with a smile and I was on my way. When I got to the back, Annie took my items and said she didn't need the box for the future, but she would take it and break it down for me. So kind! She made the process easy and simple. She gave me a coupon at the end for 15% off of a Kohl's purchase within the next 3 days. And she showed me where the tracking numbers for my Amazon returns were, so I could make sure I get my money back. To top it off, as I was walking away, another lady handed me a 10% off of a Sephora purchase through 4/7. I know it generates business but it was still super thoughtful and unnecessary. Everyone was really helpful and friendly. Will definitely be using this option for Amazon returns in the future. Thanks, Lynda & Annie!”

“I enjoy shopping at this store for many years. I currently moved near this area but I used to frequent this store in the past on a more regular basis. The prices are incredibly reasonable and their customer service is outstanding! A sales lady worked here and I have always been treated and welcomed so warmly by all the staff, including the owner and his wife. The clothes are of high quality for lower prices. You need to ramage into different racks and you find treasures. Ana who is charge displays so much patience with even difficult customers, she greets everyone with a smile and always so polite, courteous and friendly. She is very welcoming as well as her husband. I had moved back from Pasadena area and I came back because I remembered how friendly everyone was here. Nothing has changed. She has been so thoughtful and she puts clothes aside that she knows that I will like. She has excellent taste and her clothes are unique and different from other stores; it appeals to my eclectic taste. I encouraged my friends to check out this tore and I recommend it to everyone as well.”

“Nordstrom Rack is THE ONLY place to go for designer shoes in extended sizes for Women (size 11, 12 and even 13?!). I LOVE their shoe selection! Great prices too! The only problem is that they don't keep shoes in stock. When they're gone, they are gone! They don't have a great selection of plus size clothes in store either. Their website however does. I REALLY like this store. I am a Nordstrom kind of girl. I just wish that they had an Antelope Valley location. The old Bed, Bath, & Beyond store site in Palmdale is vacant. A Nordstrom Rack there would be absolutely perfect!”

“I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and clean this target was. For being the day after Christmas (Boxing Day) the store was tidy, clean and well staffed. I was very surprised at the holiday section aka clearance area was NOT in disarray or a mess but everything was tidy and organized.The store appeared to be well stocked, the parking lot felt safe. “In general, it is hard to convey how important stores like JC Penney are to a small but populous city like Santa Clarita. I have already extolled the virtues of the Valencia Town Center in other reviews. JC Penney has been an anchor in this mall for over 25 years and I, for one, am grateful that it is still here. The VTC was recently sold and the new owners promise to keep all the good features we appreciate along with adding upgrades and new assets. I hope they can live up to it. This is the hub of public life in this northern corner of Los Angeles and there is nothing like it for at least 40 miles in every direction. I became a fan of JC Penney when it opened in our local New Jersey mall, in Monmouth County where I lived at the time. I was sewing a lot in those days and unlike Bambergers, Bloomingdale's, and B. Altman, JC Penney had a state of the art sewing department that revolutionized hand crafts. Today, I appreciate the moderate to excellent quality of its merchandise. When I need something well made and long lasting, and need it in a hurry, I know I can count on finding an analog of the more prestigious brands at JC Penney. The store is always clean, like most customer service staff in SoCal, the sales team are young, friendly and reasonably helpful. I don't expect white glove treatment, just some efficiency and a smile. I find it here. There are upscale stores I frequent more often, but JC Penney's online and bricks and mortar presence are a comfort, like a well loved slipper or comfy armchair. I hope it stays forever.”
