“I stopped by this Kohl's over the weekend to check out their Christmas decorations and just the store in general. I was already in the plaza and was waiting for another place nearby to open so I came to Kohl's to just browse. This store is just one floor but is spacious inside. The Christmas decorations are already on the entrance near the checkout station and the a Christmas trees are there too.
The mens clothing is on the right side of the store, Sephora is in the middle and the women clothing are on the left side. The shoes, house stuff, toys, Amazon returns are all toward the back.”

“I love TJMaxx, I shop there all the time almost everything I wear is from there, BUT I had very bad experience today, I purchase two sweatpants brand Homebody club today, normally if I am not going to return the item I wash it so … I bought it today and washed it,one of the pant’s color fainted and got some lighter big spots on it, I took it back with all my shopping to show the manager it was bought today and I washed all my items and only one changed color to the point that can’t be used, manager Cheyanne with out apology said too bad we can’t not take it back, I ask for some one above her to come, Cheyanne with a smile said I am the manager and I am telling you we won’t take it back,
Honestly I don’t even care about $12.99 I even left the pants there and told them you can keep it BUT the way she handled the situation was disgraceful and embarrassing. Company needs to hire experience manager that know how to deal with respect towered their employees and customers, they need to know that sometimes they can make exception to the roles. Anyway I will still shop there. This was TJMaxx Valencia”

“Almost always get great deals. Must be a lot of thieft. In order to try on shoes you must take them to counter, have theft tag removed and then try them on in front of security. Very weird. I still hit some great shoes but was put off by being treated like a thief. I guess that's what they do. I have shopped here since they first opened. Never liked the bathroom issue. 🚻”

“It's a former converted bowling alley. Now a Ross. I was looking for black booties, was all picked over in my size. Just like all the other locations. This one usually has good selection, depends on what you need and when you go. Bummer about shoe selection though.”

“I stopped by this H&M store to take a look at their easy iron slim fit shirts. Those are my favorite long sleeves shirt here along with their sport conscious shirts as well. I stayed in the men area because I didn't bother to go to the women or second floor. This H&M isn't as big as other location but it was fine. I found the shirts I was looking for easily but they didn't have a lot of different colors. The price also increase as well so I think my best bet is to wait for some deals and just get it off the website.”

“Ross has always been one of those clothing stores that if you have the time to search you'll find some great, name brand pieces. I ended up having to return a pair of jeans, because I didn't like the fit. The return process was easy and my debit card was refunded within minutes of leaving the store. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is, because I found myself picking up clothing that had fallen onto the floor and hanging them up over and over throughout the store. It would really make the store stand out and look clean and organized if their wasn't so many items just left on the floor. Makes it seem like the store is dirty and no one really cares.”

She did have a wrist brace on and she did ask to pet my dog who was in the cart and she was very kind and acknowledging my dog and in having a quick and courteous conversation with me. If more Target’s staffed the front end with employees like her, the company would be better off.”
“Huge place. I went in the morning, and I found what I needed with help. Most men don't ask, like me, but employees asked me for help three times. The only thing that Super Walmart can be intimidating is its size. That's why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars.”

She was the third associate that came over to the sports department, and the only one that didn't try to pass the responsibility to another associate.
She went and got the keys to the cabinet and opened it for me so I can make the purchase. Thank you for taking ownership. Your supervisor should acknowledge you for your hard work.
Also earlier during the same visit in another part of the store I was having problems finding an item because initially I was directed to the wrong aisle. However when I came across Diane who was helping another customer she immediately came over after helping that customer to help me and find the item that was not where you'd expect it to be.
If she is not a supervisor she should be because she modeled professionalism and exactly how you should take care of customers. Again thank you Diane!”
“Been using their drive-up service to purchase supplies for a cooking class. I have done a few trips now and they haven't missed. The associates are always very professional during pick-ups and I will continue to use this service...
By the way, the drive-up is located in the under-the-building parking lot, towards the back of the parking lot. LoL. Had to drive around to find it.”
