“Shout out to Rob! The guy is amazing. He is there Wednesdays and Fridays. He was able to help me buy my first pair of boots. We found one I was comfortable in that look stylish enough for business attire. So glad I came in, despite no Black Friday offers.”
“Great place to buy safety boots. They have a wide variety of shoes, from rugged steel-toe work boots to comfortable everyday options, and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right fit.”
“Just like what others have mentioned, customer service is top notch. I went in looking for some Western gear for a wedding for my son, not knowing what I was even looking for and I was very well educated on everything from the quality of hats to what I should be wearing for boots!
I'll be back! Huge selection from boots to belts to shirts to work wear (jeans).”
“Always find great deals here, and the staff are super helpful with finding stock and assisting you. Definitely my go to store for all my gym clothing and shoes. They even have some cute lounge wear for after the gym 😊”

“Best shoe salesman I've ever had, this is my second year getting boots here, they have my style and size instock when i need new boots whereas others locations always have to order them. Always helps me with my sizing and finding the right insole. Even hooked it up with American Flag lace keepers. 100% will always go back.”
“Ana was very helpful, worked with our budget. And gave us beautiful , elegant dresses at a very reasonable price. It was also good that they have stocks at the store so I was able to purchase 3 same design cocktail dresses with 3 different sizes on the same day . She also gave us free items. We will definitely go back to this place.”
“Well I went there for some New shoes and I went into the store the people were so nice and helpful and found more sell on all kinds of different things and the prices were so good I walked out the shorts and new shoes. You should go take a look and see for yourself the deals you will find.”
“Great customer service,
I came to Topacio’s looking for baptism items. Showed me a variety of items. All are very nice better than what I would get at the shop at church.
I got this really beautiful baptism box set. Came with the Candle, Bible, Rosary, small bottle for holy water, half shell to poor the water and a towel cloth to dry the head. The box comes with a latch to close and hold all of the items and on the inside wall had a cross with “Our Father” prayer on it. Was really really nice
I would definitely comeback again”
“Kenny *manager..Tim *assistant manager both very helpful, took good time to help with my concern of feet problems to help with the best shoes. Never rushed with any assistance, pleasant, respectful. Alwlays smiling. Customer service at fullest 100%.”
“I stopped by this Vans store inside Valencia Mall to look at their skateboard selections. They had some nice board on display and I also checked out some shoes as well. The customer service here was great.”
“I don't regret walking in to this store.joe Ramirez helped me to pick work boots Joe was patient, and answers all my questions. I did end up buying my boots I definitely will come back to this store”
“My wife and I stopped by this Loft store while we were inside Valencia mall. My wife shop at this store so she wanted to see what they have. When we walked inside, a worker greeted us and asked if we needed any help. We told her that we were just browsing so she left us be. My wife went to look at their sales rack to see if anything stand out to her but none did. The store is a decent size and they had a bigger sales section at this store.”
“My wife and I stopped by this Carter store inside Valencia Town Center with our baby daughter. She wanted to see what kind of clothing they might have for her so we went inside. The store was not busy when we were there. They had like two workers in the store and both of them were working the checkout station.
We found some small shoes for our daughter so that's what I purchase for her. The store has a lot of clothing inside and also toys too. The customer service was great when we were there.”
“Awesome spot, I bought a ton of shoes out of here including Kobe's as well as Jordan's. Unfortunately, it looks like they shut down as a store is empty.”
“Jessica at Journeys seriously went above and beyond. She didn’t just help once—she took the time to order shoes for me twice to make sure I got exactly what I needed. That level of effort and follow-through is rare. She was super accommodating, patient, and genuinely willing to help every step of the way. You can tell she really cares about her customers. Huge appreciation for her outstanding service!”
“EXCELLENT for HATS! By far the lowest price around for a decent selection of up-to-date new era hats - probably one of the few/only authorized dealers in the area. They also have a tight selection of current-style casual shoes (mostly vans and some k-swiss, skechers) with some work shoe/boot options (mostly cactus brand) with good pricing if you need em. I picked up a pair of non-slip leather work boots since i needed some new ones anyways AND they were priced 20% lower than amazon so it was great will definitely be back!”
“Didn't have an item @ the location that I initially went to.... but the found & located what I needed @ another location. So what that being said... I was able to purchase what I needed. Excellent customer service.”

“I visited this big 5 location for the first time the other week and found the staff to be enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable, and eager to help. The most memorable part of my visit to this store was my encounter with one of the employee’s named Cole. He made sure I felt welcomed and the we find the “perfect hiking shoe” (in his own words) together! Another plus I saw while trying on my shoes, a family with a special needs son walk in looking to buy shoes. Cole was calm, collected, and extremely patient with the son making sure to be extra careful. As a father this made my heart melt and realize what true customer service and hospitality really is. I finally finished my visit in the gun department hoping to see what guns they carried. After speaking to the manager (I believe his name was Jeff) who was also really helpful and nice informed me they no longer carried real weapons but still went out of his way to recommend me a different gun store. I look forward to coming back to this location many more times in the future!”
