“This store definitely has one of the most patient staff I’ve met! Most times I visit, it’s a very quiet store. I visited today and it was very busy, and the two employees were going above and beyond multitasking and helping people as quick as they could. I waited about 10 minutes, but they were able to resolve my problem and even get me a good deal on a new phone! Most bad reviews I’ve noticed come from people who don’t have the patience to wait; but the staff here is definitely top of the line. While not a corporate store, I will always trust the staff here to handle anything I need with my AT&T needs! 100/10!”

“I called Antonio at lunch time due to my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra having a bloated battery ? (very bad). He said he had a replacement and to stop by after work. He took care of it same day, about an hour after drop off. Saved me a lot vs buying a new phone! Highly recommended.”

“Jason Haller the manager of this Bouquet Canyon Store in Valencia and is a miracle worker! After getting the round around for weeks with ATT online and their Santa Barbara store, I visited the ATT store on Bouquet Canyon Rd. in Valencia out of desperation.
Jason listened to my long terrible experience with AT&T and asked great questions. He then went round and round with the main AT&T office on his computer and phone trying to resolve my issues. Turns out Jason knows more that their main office representative.
Same company, same computer system, same files & different information. I never stood a chance .... till Jason got involved. HE FIXED THE PROBLEM ONLY BECAUSE OF HIS INCREDIBLE KNOWLEDGE OF CELL PHONES AND THE AT&T SYSTEM. Had I met him long ago I would not have decided to remove my 4 cell phones from the AT&T system. (I also cancelled my 5 AT&T landlines earlier in the month.) I am very grateful to him and I hope that AT&T realizes how lucky they are that he is the Bouquet Canyon Road AT&T store manager.”

“The girl that helped me was fantastic! I can’t remember her name but she greeted me immediately. Very pleasant, asked me good questions as I was seeking info to upgrade my phone. She had the answers or found the answer to questions I had. The only issue is I had to have to wait for the specific iPhone model I want. Today is the following day and it seems it should be delivered to the store tomorrow. This isn’t the girls fault they just have limited options in the store. Probably because of frequent store break-ins. It did solve the wait forever in the store from past experiences. Overall it’s been a very good experience. The girl that helped made the difference for me.”

“Ok, time for one more update. Support made one more contact with me. They sent a postage paid mailing label to send back the 3-in-1 charger for testing and they also refunded me for my purchase. While I was happy with that, they next went the extra mile by sending me a new wireless charger! This charger works exactly as advertised and I am extremely happy with it. That was very nice of them. Thank you!”

“I took my 82year-old mother to this store and the store manager Mary was very kind and helping my mom get set up on her replacement phone moving all for information over from the old phone to the new one which took a little while. Also unfortunately my mom forgot her passwords for Facebook and Google and Mary was very helpful in helping my mom out. I just want to say I've dealt with Mary in the past and she's just been nothing but incredible. I would definitely recommend this particular Cricket store to anyone, the entire staff is simply incredible. Again Mary thank you for all of your help and your patience. Alex. F”
