“Amazing neighborhood shop for all things home and garden. They always have things I need that Home Depot and Lowe’s don’t have. They have helped me with faucet needs, electrical, lawn and garden, and even cabinetry. The customer service friendlier and more knowledgeable than the larger franchises listed above. They even helped me replace/update all six of my window screens and sliding door screens.
Don’t be fooled by how humble the store appears… It’s feels like an 80’s / 90’s vibe but they are amazing.”

The man escorted me to the right place. I was amazed at the stock that was available. I went to the customer service desk and asked for help. Sure what can I help you with. I was escorted again and explained what I needed and was quickly helped. Ralph and Don loaded the 5 items I needed and taken to customer service where Qiana was quick to check me out, with the help of Don and Ralph I got delivery service and a great buy since I am a regular customer. I noticed at this location there seems to be a lot of kind, helpful employees who look very happy, and by the experience I had they all seemed not to mind going out of their way to help. These employees patiently listened to me explain my project brought me to the very aisle & pointed out exactly what it was that I needed. These employees helped calculate precise measurements as well as offer advice or suggestions as to solutions to go about my project effectively! The best part is the employees come together and like magic they all chimed in pitching ideas and just to see the team work in the different departments I had visited today! Amazing! “112 degrees outside and 3rd trip to the plumbing supply store doesn't make for a great day for my husband. As my husband and I were standing at the counter, sweating and waiting for help, I was thinking that I can only imagine how grouchy the employees must be, working in this warehouse in this heat, with little relief, while we just got out of air-conditioned car. We were greeted by Heather, who was not only knowledgeable, pleasant and personable but had also recognized that my husband was about to blow a gasket and she instantly turned his attitude right around! We had to come up with an alternative to our plumbing problem and she was able to customize a solution that worked like a charm. I hope that Hircsh recognizes what a great employee and asset Heather is. I've used Hirsch over the years and have referred many people, but this is the first time I've felt compelled to write a review!”

“Well I went looking for a Christmas tree and man did they all smell really fresh! My daughter , husband & I went to the 10' Douglas Furs to find one. An Associate by the name of Chad came over and asked if we wanted to see a tree. We chose one and then another and yet another tree. This Associate was so patient. The trees were tall and heavy . He had to take off all the twine and stand them up and shake them to get the fullness of them to open up. I kept apologizing to him because we had a hard time making up our minds. We finally chose one and he took it over to have the bottom branches trimed. He then went on his dinner break. I wanted to give him a big tip but he was no where to be found. Chad was so sweet and knew an awful lot about trees. The guys packing up the tree and putting it on our car were super nice and did the job quickly and made sure no sap got on our car. I tried to give them a tip but they refused. They said it was their job and they enjoyed working for Home Depot. There used to be a Seat with Santa Clays and you can have your picture taken there. It's pretty wonderful.Home Depot is very clean and well organized. Love this store!”

I am a woman and sometimes feel a little self conscious going into a blue collar type business but I was treated with respect and not condescended to. Appreciated. And I fixed my water heater all by myself! I recommend this business”
