“I only come to Tony's for firewood when I'm going camping. And he always delivers. $20 for a wheelbarrow is fair and his wood is good. Sometimes I get to talk to Tony and he's a cool dude. I don't know anything about the other services he offers, but from a firewood perspective, he's a good vendor.”

“Well I went looking for a Christmas tree and man did they all smell really fresh! My daughter , husband & I went to the 10' Douglas Furs to find one. An Associate by the name of Chad came over and asked if we wanted to see a tree. We chose one and then another and yet another tree. This Associate was so patient. The trees were tall and heavy . He had to take off all the twine and stand them up and shake them to get the fullness of them to open up. I kept apologizing to him because we had a hard time making up our minds. We finally chose one and he took it over to have the bottom branches trimed. He then went on his dinner break. I wanted to give him a big tip but he was no where to be found. Chad was so sweet and knew an awful lot about trees. The guys packing up the tree and putting it on our car were super nice and did the job quickly and made sure no sap got on our car. I tried to give them a tip but they refused. They said it was their job and they enjoyed working for Home Depot. There used to be a Seat with Santa Clays and you can have your picture taken there. It's pretty wonderful.Home Depot is very clean and well organized. Love this store!”

“I could not say enough good things about European Hardware. We have good hardwares, but I wanted to update the look. Patrick helped me do it. He is so knowledgeable. He showed me his workshop and some of the custom hardware that he designed. So if you have quality hardwares and want to update/change the color, this is the place. If you want great hardwares, you could find it here. They could custome make anything for you. I used the same hardware for my cabinets but added a plate created by Patrick. ❤️”

“I normally go to a Lowe's close to my house but the item I needed was out of stock there, so I had to go to this one if I wanted it today. I ordered online and got a notification that my order was ready about two hours later. The email indicated it was in a locker and provided a barcode to scan when I got there. I decided to get a couple things for closets while I was there and the woman near the entrance went out of her way to be extra helpful. The self service checkout had an open register and after I completed my purchase the woman there thanked me very much for coming in. I then went to where I thought the lockers were to pick up my online purchase. I scanned my barcode and got the message to scan at the lockers. Clearly I was in the wrong place. Again the closest associate was very helpful and pointed me toward the lockers, which I promptly walked right past because they were literally 5 feet away. The associate was quick to call me back and walk me to the correct scanning machine. The ONLY reason I did not give this 5 stars was due to the price on one of my 3 items purchased.”

“I popped in because I was very much in need of random items for a DIY project at home. I noticed at this location there seems to be a lot of kind, helpful employees who look very happy, and by the experience I had they all seemed not to mind going out of their way to help. These employees patiently listened to me explain my project brought me to the very aisle & pointed out exactly what it was that I needed. These employees helped calculate precise measurements as well as offer advice or suggestions as to solutions to go about my project effectively! The best part is the employees come together and like magic they all chimed in pitching ideas and just to see the team work in the different departments I had visited today! Amazing! I highly recommend visiting this location. I was so taken back by all the incredible help I received... I asked them all for their names:Chris, Walter, Vince, Brando, Terrell, Tina,Bob G, Lisa, Travis and the wonderful kind lady not sure of her name ( burgundy hair) who was working the self checkout assisting me with my items.. All the employees are hardworking and all have such beautiful kind hearts! “I want to give a big thank-you to Erick in the Plumbing Department today, 8/21/26. I had an issue at home with some old PVC and a shut-off valve. I have absolutely no plumbing experience, but Erick went out of his way to help me find the replacement parts I needed based on my pictures and even took the time to briefly explain how to make the repair and replacement.
I could tell Erick is a great employee because all the other customers in the Plumbing section knew him by name. That says a lot about the service he provides!
