“Update: I appreciate the response from Julie. I like a company that pays attention to their reviews. I've changed my one star review to 4 because of the reply, and I'll give the store another try. I used to shop here a lot but hadn't been in for a while so last week when I was in the shopping center for something else, I went in since I need a couple of new pairs of sneakers. It was about 4:30p on a weekday so there were no other customers, just me and three employees. I walked around for a while and looked at all the women's shoe. I walked past each employee twice and not one of them made eye contact or spoke one word to me the entire time I was in the store. I took the hint and left without purchasing any of the shoes I wanted. Perhaps sales is not the avenue you should pursue.”

“We walked into this store a couple of weeks ago, but I could not try anything on due to an injury I sustained. We finally got back to the store and immediately the woman behind the counter asked if I was feeling any better. I was shocked she remembered us.For the manager, the salesperson number is 115890 and I think her name Ocean. She is a credit to your store and I hope you treat her very well.Oh, and the shoes do not suck either so, bonus there.”

“Nordstrom Rack is THE ONLY place to go for designer shoes in extended sizes for Women (size 11, 12 and even 13?!). I LOVE their shoe selection! Great prices too! The only problem is that they don't keep shoes in stock. When they're gone, they are gone! They don't have a great selection of plus size clothes in store either. Their website however does. I REALLY like this store. I am a Nordstrom kind of girl. I just wish that they had an Antelope Valley location. The old Bed, Bath, & Beyond store site in Palmdale is vacant. A Nordstrom Rack there would be absolutely perfect!”

“I lost my mind!! The store was selective with great vibes and cool clothes. Clean, welcoming, and smelled great. Like Buffalo Exchange but closer, less expensive, and great parking. I had a hard time leaving the store because I kept seeing something else to try on. Definitely more women’s clothes, shoes, and accessories than men’s. Great place to sell your clothes before donating to Goodwill. A super fun place to find that new closet gem.”

Now as an adult I shop here for all my friend's babies, and when I have a child someday, their wardrobe will be solely Carter's! “Forever 21 has great items to choose from. Lots of sales as well. The employees are friendly and helpful. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it feels very cluttered. The racks are packed were you can't slide hangers to pull clothing items out and hang them back without having a struggle.”

Gave us suggestions which I don't think I needed because I told my son I have great style. But I don't remember how expensive clothes is came out spending over $300 but I guess it was worth it.”

“First time discovering "Surprise" clothing I was waiting for Charcoal BBQ next door. Popped in for a second then needed to leave since my party was called for seating. Thought to myself, I'll be back. Second time came with my daughter, she picked out a cute night set. I grabbed some eye lashes. This is a pretty tradition Korean clothing spot. Like fashion Q, forever 21, Boomy, LUV, etc...Recommend for simple cute fun outfits. Date night, kids first day of school. They have variety of options, anyone who complains cheap clothing. This is the same shit as any other place. If you're looking for high end quality goto Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom or a luxury brand. Third time I had came in today. Just for some lashes. I was greeted right away, looked around. The employee today helped me out so much. Had asked her on her opinion, on multiple things. Felt like she was being honest, which is a plus for me. I was more bothering her, they have no problem giving you your space here so you can roam freely. Walked out with " eye lashes of course, few shirts and some jeans. Customer service was great so I'm okay drive out this way for just " eye lashes" again. Next time I'll get her name, if you see this thank you again for all of your help! You're amazing and Surprise is lucky to have someone like you.”

“Went in with ny husband and it was empty. They had a lot of employees, but everyone was working, no one was standing around and/or gossiping and we were greeted several times by different people. In no way did they ignore, mistreat, or make us feel uncomfortable. We are part Hawaiian and very mixed with pretty much every race-- so not sure why there are reviews from people saying they are racist... we felt welcomed so idk. Maybe things have changed?Lots of good brands and prices are comparable to department stores and brand websites. Good place to go imho.”
