The workers are knowledgeable and happy to offer suggestions and recommendations based on specific needs, helping customers find the right products. They are not pushy salespeople, but honest and patient, walking customers through every step of a purchase. The store has everything needed for animals, including high-quality feed, bedding, toys, and treats for chickens, rabbits, and farm animals. It also carries essentials and accessories for trailers and other items. While smaller than some large competitors, it has lots of different options at reasonable, competitive, and agreeable prices. The location is convenient, the atmosphere is nice and not too busy, and the overall experience is excellent, making it a favorite store for many.

I just wanted to thank Gavin at the Canyon Country location for going above and beyond. I had a difficult, heavy order that had gotten bounced around in transit and was hard to find. Gavin stayed persistent, found the order, and expertly loaded it into our truck. Give this man a raise!!
