“Needed to have alternator and serpentine belt fixed I just started working in the area . They fixed my car in 2days and double checked their work to make sure nothing else was wrong with my car. A bit expensive but it comes with the quality of work, they were very helpful and gave me suggestions on what to do and how soon it needed to be fixed. Only downside I would have would be that they took a pretty long time with my car but still great service nonetheless.”

“The was short and it went pretty quickly. However ,I think I’m used to the Lake Elsinore location where everyone is so friendly and seem like they actually are enjoying their job and like helping you. Here I was greeted my Jazmin who seemed like I was just kind of bothering her or maybe just wasn’t having a good day. Same with another young man that asked me to turn car off and on after the oil change.The very last guy that guided me out with a that had beard was very friendly and Is the reason why I gave it four stars. We have to have our oil change either way, but it’s really nice when people make you feel welcome and not like you’re a bother to them.”

“I came here for an oil change with my 2020 Ford Escape. Conner was the one that serviced my vehicle and recommended I replace my back windshield wiper and air filter, which I did. He was professional and knowledgeable. I was happy with the service and will be back. I used an online coupon for $15 off a full synthetic oil change. I highly recommend them!”

“I was politely greeted by a staff member as I drove up. I didn’t have to wonder which garage to go in to or which one to line up behind. I was asked what I needed and they tended to it right away. They made sure my tires were at the right pressure and checked all my fluids, lights, and filters. Was asked if I would like more coolant which I think was $7.99. That was fine. The stuff was easy to talk to, the service was excellent and fast. In the past couple years I have exclusively been going here and will continue to go here to get my oil changed.”

“Check it out you pay for the oil change and get a free hand car wash. That's the best deal you can ever get they vacuum,hand wash, and hand dry the car. The wait is probably like 25min unless it's really busy. Check it out guys very friendly and nice workers there their very polite and hard workers. I promise you you won't regret going there. It's my spot every time I need and oil change or any maintenance on my car and after that get a free car wash. Hope you where satisfied. Have a blessed day. ?”

It was simple, easy, no appointment needed, & I love their set-up because, you don't even have to get out of your car...absolutely amazing!!! My wife's car needed an A/C recharge and now it's blowing colder than a polar bears toe nails. It didn't cost me a fortune, and now her iced coffee doesn't melt as much. I have to wear a hoodie just to ride in the passenger seat! Great work done here!”
“Wow, my name is Alex just got my journey back from the shop, had a knocking sound on my car and I thought, well have 168000 miles on it, that's it, is gone. Not so fast they check it out and find out that the flywheel was crack, they replace that and now it runs better than before. Had some issues with my vehicle—when I drove thru the car wash, it appeared at the end at the air dry stage that what was left were little particles of sand-like flakes on my car. They patiently and graciously endeavored to help me get to the bottom of the problem. Keep up the good customer service!”
“Wow!!! Just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the hard working crew at Murrieta Walmart auto center today managed by Antonio. I was so impressed how efficient, professional, helpful and Kind Antonio and his crew was. Started in the morning by a simple phone call answering questions and needing some guidance on a few things . Antonio was super helpful with all that he mentioned, etc. Based on all he suggested I I decided to go today and get new tires put on plus an oil change and a couple things extra. They were super super busy but Antonio came to the car and said that he was going to fit me in because he knew I was dealing with a couple things that were going on For me that I mentioned. Starting with needing surgery on Tuesday. Having a lot on my mind and feeling a little overwhelmed with surgery etc. Also, the need to accomplish these tasks it was very gracious of him to fit me in under the circumstances of how busy they were with the rain etc. that was going on today. I did have a bit of a wait which was expected but it gave me the opportunity to see his crew at work and it was like a well oiled machine working efficiently.everybody was functioning in a perfect manner accomplishing all they could and you could see they were tired, but still making time to be pleasant with smiles, and a little conversation from several employees, which made it very pleasant, considering all that was going on with the cold and my own personal stress level today. in today’s world it seems that so many are quick to give reviews of negativity about this or that, etc. but not enough people to take time to say wow what an exceptional job you are doing and running your team in such a great manner I felt the customer service was fantastic I left With a great deal on everything they did and they won me over I will be recommending many people to go there and I will absolutely be back. I once again highly recommend them and ask for Antonio. When you go there you will see for yourself how professional he is and his team. Thank you once again guys , you made a big difference for me in accomplishing all that you did for me. Thank you for making the time when I know it was close to going home.
