“After the BMW in Irvine offered to replace our front shocks for 4 1/2 thousand dollars we went looking for a more reasonable price. Turns out we needed front and rear shocks and some work on the connecting bars in the suspension in order to address the issue, a knocking sound which we took it into the BMW place for repair. We got all the work done for the same price BMW wanted it for just the front shocks, Which wouldn’t have ended up, solving our knocking noise problem anyway.
It last a good place to take our BMW too that won’t rip us off and that will solve the problem. Thank you.”

Star could have easily replaced the starter and charged us, and we never would have known the difference. Ended up getting an oil change. Will use them from here on in. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

I heard a gnarly sound coming from the bottom of my Tesla, got off the highway, happened to find them, and they lifted my car up, secured the issue temporarily, and had me on my way in 10 minutes, no cost. I was able to get back from San Diego to LA safely where I could take care of the issue fully. Thanks guys”

“This is a one of kind repair shop. Dominic is special and I am just amazed how he helped my son and I with a recent car repair. My son is a Marine and he went out of his way I believe to repair his car and even charged way less than I was expecting and what another mechanic there in San Clemente told me over the phone when I was searching for a mechanic over there. He was straight forward from the beginning and didn't BS me which I immediately respected. I live 250 miles from there and he was more than accommodating when he he even temporarily stored my sons car after it was fixed because my son was in the field and unable to pick it up right away. Hands down this is the best experience I've had with a mechanic or a car repair shop in my lifetime. I'm not being sensational or exaggerating either. I only wish there were more people like Dominic and repair shops like Jay's car repair.”
