“Called before I drove there. On the phone the staff were courteous and professional. I needed a Notary and would have been happy to schedule an appointment in the next day or two. On another line I could hear the staff ask a notary if she could come in, she agreed and said she was on her way from Lake Forest. Wow, I don't expect that. Before she arrived I got to chat with the staff and see how they treated customers. They were great. Beyond great. They treated me and everyone with respect and professionalism no matter how big or small the request. The notary was great. she to was professional, efficient courteous and just plain nice to talk to like everyone there. I was charged $15.00 dollars. I would have paid a lot more and I definitely recommend this business.”

“Every time I've visited this store, the staff is friendly and helpful. This time, I needed a passport photo and wasn't sure if they offered that. It wasn't listed on the window display signs. Yes, they do. An employee took my photo and quickly processed 2 passport photos, with no issues. I had just spent almost 45 minutes at another place, but they couldn't get their printer to work. I will recommend UPS Store for passport photos in the future.”

“i normally HATE the post office and i never write reviews but today i decided to. been to this location probably 5 times (it's not the closest one to me) but every time i go in is such a good experience. the people who work in there are so nice and helpful. i know absolutely nothing about mailing things and have anxiety every time i need to mail something out. but the men in there make me feel comfortable and always help me out. skip the dana point location and drive the extra mile or two. thanks guys!”
