Most big banks have lost the art of customer service, of caring about every customer who walks through the door, no matter their bank account balance. “Omg, Liliana Garcia is a bless. I went so many different branches of chase for opening a checking account. Every one of them rejected me, gave me wrong information about needed paperwork. I’m new immigrant here , I have a green card and SSN everything. They said I had to have drivers license hard copy (I had temporary paper one until hard copy comes)
I finally found Lily in here and she is such a sweetheart and helpful. I just opened my bank account and she even didn’t need to use my drivers license. I’m so grateful.”
