“I've been going to this bank for years, and after the last trip I thought my feedback would be appreciated. I went to this location about two weeks ago to open up my very first business account. Lupita, the manager sat down with me to find out exactly what kind of business account I wanted to open. I was super confused, I didn't know there's different types of business accounts! Lol. Anyway, Lupita was amazing.. not only was she informative, but she was patient, kind, down to earth and just all around real. I've been a customer with Wells Fargo for many many years, and I've never had such a pleasant interaction with an employee as I did two weeks ago! Ps: Lupita deserves a raise ;-)”

“I have banked with MFCU for many years and maintain both personal and business accounts. I consistently receive excellent service with my personal banking and greatly value my relationship with the credit union.
However, my experience with business banking services has been less satisfactory. For several years, I have requested the ability to attach Zelle to my business account, without success. The lack of this functionality creates a significant limitation and has forced me to rely on a traditional bank for basic business transactions that I would prefer to keep within MFCU.
I am writing to share this feedback and to express my hope that MFCU will consider adding Zelle for business accounts. This service would allow me—and likely many other members—to continue consolidating our personal and business banking with the credit union rather than seeking alternatives elsewhere.
I hope this is an area where MFCU can grow to better support its business members.”

“Omg, Liliana Garcia is a bless. I went so many different branches of chase for opening a checking account. Every one of them rejected me, gave me wrong information about needed paperwork. I’m new immigrant here , I have a green card and SSN everything. They said I had to have drivers license hard copy (I had temporary paper one until hard copy comes)
I finally found Lily in here and she is such a sweetheart and helpful. I just opened my bank account and she even didn’t need to use my drivers license. I’m so grateful.”
