My first experience with them was a great one! One of the bikes that I purchased had a defect and they quickly shipped me a brand new replacement bike ! Since then , the only air bikes I purchase are from assault fitness. Using the elite bike now . High quality and excellent customer service!! Highly recommended.

Really great to work with. And I understand everything takes time and they responded in a short amount of time to resolve my problems. Talked directly to a live person the entire time. Could not be happier with the customer service.
