“Caliber Collision (Carlsbad) worked out very well for us. They are an Auto Club partner and work well with Enterprise RAC. This streamlined the process for us. Regrettably, the damage was significant, but they had the resources to address everything. Despite problems with parts and the complexity of the work, they kept the job moving forward and were always available to let us know how things were progressing. Mike P was the estimator/representative for our job. He was always available answer questions, did a good job and was pleasant to work-with.”
“I've been working for the last 35 years with the previous owner at this very cool shop in downtown Carlsbad and now under new ownership and have to say the quality expertise the genuine honesty when it comes to my repairs is 100%”

“Had to find a collision center to have my ES350 worked on after an accident and could not be more satisfied with my decision. During the negotiation process with insurance, Julio Grimaldo kept me informed of the status, even when there wasn't any and once the details were worked out, I got regular updates and progress happened pretty quickly. Results were, as expected, perfect. I would highly recommend if you want comfort in knowing you will get quality service!!!”
“Fix Auto handled the repair of our Bronco seamlessly. They were excellent at communicating with us regarding estimates, payments and timelines. The whole team was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend.”

“Chris was able to qoute the job over the phone with picks. That’s a real time saver. Add the fact that he works at your location is awesome.
My wife’s Audi A 6 is a 2018 that looks new again.
His work is excellent!
