Regrettably, the damage was significant, but they had the resources to address everything. Despite problems with parts and the complexity of the work, they kept the job moving forward and were always available to let us know how things were progressing. Mike P was the estimator/representative for our job. He was always available answer questions, did a good job and was pleasant to work-with.”
“These folks are FANTASTIC. Estimator, Angel and front office, Gracellia were warm and welcoming. Super honest too! They said one item on estimate turned out not to be necessary so took off $500. Car was estimated for 5 days...able to pick it up in 3! Old-fashioned body shop work on existing car, don't just order new (likely lower quality) parts. Even waxed the car and dressed the tires for my pick up! Changed my attitude about a bad situation as my car was hit by someone while car was parked- no note. Highly, highly recommend these folks!!!WONDERFUL - so thrilled i did not go with any of the other 5 estimates i had received. If anything else happens, would just go there!”

“Just bought a used car from them and overall had a pleasant experience. It was our first time buying from a dealership, and we were helped very quickly and felt good about the process from start to finish. We wanted to purchase an extended warranty, and weren’t able to afford the first quote they gave us. They were able to give us a better price once we expressed our concerns and we were very happy with that! Only reason why I didn’t give the full 5 stars is because they did not do a good job detailing the vehicle. They said they would do a full detail but it appears they only washed the outside. It’s clear they didn’t pay much attention to the inside (which is what we cared more about). The inside still had a lot of crumbs, stains, hair, and dirty spots all over the inside. Other than that we had a good experience!”

“This was by far the best experience we've ever had getting a new car. We stopped in over the weekend to test drive a car. Billy was the salesman who helped us. He was friendly and didn't do the whole high-pressure sales thing. We had narrowed it down to either a subaru or a toyota based on the current advertised lease deals and rebates.We headed to Toyota next, where we were disappointed in the lack of available stock. After going to a 2nd Toyota dealership, we sat down to purchase a car. The advertised rate was only available on one car, which wasn't in stock anywhere, but for 2x the cost, we could get the next model up. We'll, that wasn't in our budget. We thought the Subaru deal wasn't real either and almost gave up our search. I convinced my hubby to call to confirm the cost. We confirmed it over the phone, but I still didn't believe it. I begrudgingly accompanied him back to the Subaru dealership where i was SURE the old bait and switch was coming. Again, we were assured it was legit. Billy took his time going over our options and making sure we got what we wanted. He also helped get our phones paired to the car and spent a fair amount of time going over all the features. If you're in the market for a new car, go see Billy.Shannon in Finance was also really easy to work with. Knowledgeable, efficient, and fun to talk to. It's our first Subaru, so hopefully owning the car will be as easy as the purchase.”
