I called ahead to see how much it would cost to shorten my necklace, and when I walked into this charming shop, I was immediately greeted by the friendliest shopkeeper and repairman, Stephen. Several days later, he left me a voicemail saying my necklace was ready. I will be coming back to Stephen for any future jewelry repairs. Price was slightly lower than competitors, and there was no surprise fees or up charging.”

“I am in love with Taylor Custom Rings!!! When I went through their website, I knew they were the one. They offered such stunning designs, they were lab grown diamonds (which was important to me), they offered custom designs, and I loved the brand's story. I knew my boyfriend, now fiancé, was going to propose to me and I'm a very picky person. The jewelers he showed me did not fit what I was looking for. When I told them I want my ring to be from them and showed him the website, he immediately was on board and he sent a contact form to them. They were so responsive and got back to him quickly! The name of this chic boutique brought to mind that sappy game show "Wheel of Fortune", from my childhood, when I would hear Pat Sajak saying "ampersand" in scattered word guesses. (Why was Vanna White not given more opportunities to speak?) Who likes the ampersand symbol!? AND the odd word itself!? I do! It was a pleasure chatting with the warm-hearted store owner. She made me feel totally at ease. Modern, bubbly beach-lifestyle bohemian, ah!dorable decor is sold here. The dope (meaning "cool") displays drew me in, and the quality of the goods made me examine and buy. Tucked away in a bustling retail & restaurant plaza-like area, this store deserves a drop-in!”

“I was sold a lab diamond and when I was getting it appraised for insurance purposes, I was told that it was a lab diamond but that it would be best to send to the lab to get a report. I created an account online, sent it via USPS, insured it and in about 2 weeks I had the diamond back and a report. GIA confirmed it was a CVD lab diamond.”
