“This resale shop has an array of wonderful selections from shoes, to apparel to accessories and much more! The workers were lovely and the feel of the place is so welcoming! The prices as well are very affordable and the best bargain truly! Recommend this spot for sure!!!”
“I went in looking shoes for the gym that are Velcro. When I went in it was busy because of Black Friday deals. As I was browsing Kennedy asked if I was doing okay and needed a size she can get it for me and showed me their Velcro shoes and what size I'd be if I were to do a kids shoe as well. She was able to kill it as she was helping families with kid shoes and get the size I needed for a certain shoe. As I was shoe fitting she was able to give me some attention and advice with shoe fitting. I left with the shoes I wanted and the team is amazing! Thank you Kennedy for the help!!”

Just visited the outlet mall today and found the prices very competitive. Excellent clearances, but didn't get up. Pink colour tee shirt on clearance show. We'll visit again to try and get lucky next time. Great store excellent display neet, labeling clear tags, sale and discounted items on clearance”

“Ari was amazing! - She was very interactive with the customers, she helped my sister and I with some tops and dresses and was very patient as she was active fixing the racks and steaming (I think) some dresses! - Personally we loved how she was helpful and she was very welcoming. - I love stores that are like that, shows that they care for their customers and they are presenting how a clothing business should be! - Also the clothes were super super cute! And it wasn't crazily expensive at all, they were reasonable for a small cute boutique! We will be coming back! - Bonus points: smelled so so nice inside!”

“This store is amazing for kids. The prices are amazing right now. I got 5 clothing items and they were $104. The quality of gap is amazing. A lot of kids stuff is 50% off. If your kid is looking for clothes, then I recommend buying clothes from here during the sale. The website is pretty easy to navigate. The sale is also online but you can only get free shipping if you spend $50. The customer service is amazing.”

“I had a lovely experience shopping at the Carlsbad location with Raquel. She made the dreaded swimsuit search a lot easier. She was sensitive to each of my requests and so helpful in finding exactly what would flatter my shape. No one was more surprised than me when I left with not just one bathing suit, but two! I wish I would've gone here years ago as they really have something for everyone. Definitely ask for help, otherwise nothing seems like it will fit. Raquel was wonderful- professional, courteous, and really helpful!”

“I had an outstanding shopping experience, with the ladies at Chico's, in the Carlsbad Premium Outlets (Store #1153). Their store has a lot of resort clothing. Martha, an Associate, worked hard to help me, as I had a time constraint. Wyoma, the Store Mgr, kindly assisted me as well. She was very sweet. Ani also shared great info with me. I will look forward to shopping there again!”

“Most of the staff is not very friendly or helpful. Most other locations will start a dressing room for you when your arms are full of items, but here 2 members of the staff just walked past, during a time that they were slow and had about 4-5 staff members. They do have good sales pretty often. I hate the fabric curtain dressing room “doors” it’s so uncomfortable having an entry that can’t be secured closed while you are changing.
Mostly great quality clothes, every once in a while I do get an item that doesn’t hold up well though.”

However, Lisa the owner, and her amazing team, make you feel so welcome and one of the girls! I also love how every one in there can easily pick out your style and what looks so great on you! I've been back a few times now and the experience just keeps getting better! The clothes are so cute, one-of-a-kind, and definitely quality. Lisa has such an eye for style and design!
