I need style advice when I'm shopping, and Caroline helped me find some beautiful dresses, light sweaters, and jewelry to pair with them. She's so delightful and made my experience here fun, plus I love the pieces I purchased! Their dresses are light, well fitted, and perfect for summer. The sweaters I tried were super soft. I found the jewelry priced a bit lower than similar pieces I've found elsewhere. Can't wait to return here next time I'm in Carlsbad!”

If your kid is looking for clothes, then I recommend buying clothes from here during the sale. The website is pretty easy to navigate. The sale is also online but you can only get free shipping if you spend $50. The customer service is amazing.”

As I was browsing Kennedy asked if I was doing okay and needed a size she can get it for me and showed me their Velcro shoes and what size I'd be if I were to do a kids shoe as well. She was able to kill it as she was helping families with kid shoes and get the size I needed for a certain shoe. As I was shoe fitting she was able to give me some attention and advice with shoe fitting. I left with the shoes I wanted and the team is amazing! Thank you Kennedy for the help!!”

“The Kate Spade Outlet at Carlsbad Premium Outlets is a fantastic place to find beautiful handbags at surprisingly reasonable prices. The store is bright, open, and easy to browse, and the staff was incredibly friendly and happy to answer all my questions. As the author of the Maui Desire Romance Series and The Grant Colson Thriller Series novels, I travel extensively researching real locations, fashion, and the little details that help bring characters and their worlds to life. Handbags and accessories are particularly fun to explore when I'm developing the women in my romance novels, and this store had some genuinely interesting designs. One thing that caught my attention was the combination of materials on several handbags. They had suede paired with patches of patent and pebbled leather, creating an interesting mix of textures and finishes. It's the kind of design detail that's easy to overlook until you actually pick up a bag and examine it. The staff was excellent. I had several questions while looking around, and they were personable, knowledgeable, and happy to help without making the experience feel pressured. The other big surprise was the serious discount section toward the back right of the store. There were some impressive markdowns, even for an outlet, and it's absolutely worth checking that area before making a decision. The store has plenty of room to move around, the displays are attractive, and there's ample parking throughout the Carlsbad Premium Outlets shopping center. If you're looking for Kate Spade handbags and accessories without paying full retail prices, this is a great stop. Beautiful merchandise, helpful staff, and some genuinely impressive deals.”
