“I had the BEST experience with Skylar buying my Vineyard 7 piece outdoor dining set. After two horrible experiences with Lowe's and with Serwall where it took one month for a refund for substandard furniture, I found Skylar. I called to inquire about the Polywood furniture and actually got a live person - John Odell- who worked with me to get the set I wanted and for a great price. He was able to provide a good discount and put together a table from one set and chairs to another that I wanted. No other retailer offered that. He was such a professional and a pleasure to deal with. He stayed in touch with me via email until the set arrived. If I had a question, he answered my email immediately. Who does that today? I received tracking and everything he told me was 100% true. I love my set it is on my patio right now and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a higher end Polywood set to reach out to the Sales dept and work with John Odell. His customer service is outstanding. Highly highly recommend.”

“This review is specifically for Emily - I called in to see if a certain bag was still available that I saw in-stock last time I was there. She said they just sold the final bag but that they may have some in their shipment. Once she found out the reason I was looking for this specific bag (injured and need something to help me through the airport on crutches in the next day), she took the extra time to look and ended up finding another bag. She was very sweet and I was so stoked she put that extra effort in for me. Making my already challenging day a bit easier for me :).
