When I was in there last, they gifted me some straws for an upcoming party and applied a coupon for me that made my dress so reasonable. They are just lovely to work with and there’s always something fun at Francesca’s.”

“Ari was amazing! - She was very interactive with the customers, she helped my sister and I with some tops and dresses and was very patient as she was active fixing the racks and steaming (I think) some dresses! - Personally we loved how she was helpful and she was very welcoming. - I love stores that are like that, shows that they care for their customers and they are presenting how a clothing business should be! - Also the clothes were super super cute! And it wasn't crazily expensive at all, they were reasonable for a small cute boutique! We will be coming back! - Bonus points: smelled so so nice inside!”
“This store is amazing for kids. The prices are amazing right now. I got 5 clothing items and they were $104. The quality of gap is amazing. A lot of kids stuff is 50% off. If your kid is looking for clothes, then I recommend buying clothes from here during the sale. The website is pretty easy to navigate. The sale is also online but you can only get free shipping if you spend $50. The customer service is amazing.”

“Robert went above and beyond for me. He had a friendly smile the whole entire time there was nothing I couldn’t ask him for that he was not willing to try to help me find. Robert even went as far as to offer me assistance in helping me order a shoe that was not in my son size in store so that I could have it shipped. Jonathan was very friendly and very helpful. Jonathan checked me out expeditiously smiling the whole entire time just friendly service all the way around. It definitely made me want to come back and spend my money in the store. It is so nice to see that. There are people that actually enjoy what they do and it shows. My first experience in this store I couldn’t complain definitely will be back”

“What is there NOT to rave about this boutique!! I've never been one to shop at these boutiques, mainly because I lack a sense of style and feel as if I'd be so awkward looking around. However, Lisa the owner, and her amazing team, make you feel so welcome and one of the girls! I also love how every one in there can easily pick out your style and what looks so great on you! I've been back a few times now and the experience just keeps getting better! The clothes are so cute, one-of-a-kind, and definitely quality. Lisa has such an eye for style and design! “Absolutely fantastic experience at this outlet. The girls here were amazing. The store itself does have a higher price point to start, so I wouldn’t consider it a place to go to find “cheap” but I came in anyway because I focus more on good quality materials, pieces I can wear many times, and versatility. I told the girls there that I had a wedding in literally an hour and a half to attend and they easily pulled together 15 pieces all in my size in about a minute. I tried on the first dress and right as I tried it on, I knew it was absolutely perfect for the wedding. There was another dress I just adored as well, so I tried that on too. They were both perfect for different occasions, so I went with both. It cost about $200 per dress, but the way they are fitted and the quality was well worth it for something I would continually wear. I don’t live in California anymore, but with the customer service and the selection, I’ll always stop when I’m back in town. Thank you so much for a great experience.”

“This review is specifically for Emily - I called in to see if a certain bag was still available that I saw in-stock last time I was there. She said they just sold the final bag but that they may have some in their shipment. Once she found out the reason I was looking for this specific bag (injured and need something to help me through the airport on crutches in the next day), she took the extra time to look and ended up finding another bag. She was very sweet and I was so stoked she put that extra effort in for me. Making my already challenging day a bit easier for me :).

I'm sure if I had, they would taste like high quality, fantastic denim!This particular visit was for customer service. I had purchased a couple pairs of these a few months back. By far the best pants I've ever worn. I've tried a bunch of brands and none came close to the comfort of the fit and look that 7's give.Customer service is also fantastic! Ethel helped me today and I was completely satisfied. I will definitely be coming back any time I need a pair of jeans.”

“One one of the top line men's clothing store, which has exquisite colours, excellent fabrics. Contemporary designs very popular with a corporate culture. Just visited the outlet mall today and found the prices very competitive. Excellent clearances, but didn't get up. Pink colour tee shirt on clearance show. We'll visit again to try and get lucky next time. Great store excellent display neet, labeling clear tags, sale and discounted items on clearance”
