Worst possible customer service experience imaginable. Only employee was on his phone on a personal call, made me wait 5 minutes then when he got around to help me was rude and dismissive about not having the correct tape for my package. -5/5 if possible. Go literally anywhere else

Has never been open at 9:00 a.m. on a weekday, any of the times I have tried. Do not expect them to honor their posted hours.
