Above average (for USPS) on the customer service. The postal workers here have been here for a while, so they know their stuff. 2 automated machines for the self-help types. I also like that they keep the Priority shipping boxes stocked, which many POs struggle with.

Lines can be long so I always use the self service kiosks. Every employee I’ve interacted with seemed pretty tired, but always helpful.

Excellent customer service and a friendly staff. For those who say they were not treated properly, I’ve seen so many rude and customers who feel entitled treating the staff horribly so I can see why the staff might have an attitude at times. Take a step back and appreciate where you are.
