“Great customer service! I ordered and received a medallion that unfortunately lost its color. I was disappointed and posted a review of my displeasure. I was contacted by getbacksupply and provided them with a picture and order number. Today, I received an email that they are going to send me another medallion to replace the original! I always expect good customer service but this company provides it! Thank YOU.”

“It's Costco, always good experience. Great check out experience today. Actual knew how to bag the groceries and put cold items in cold bag. Yeah. Big improvement to parking lot, just finished in time for crazy time shoppers. Cashed or rebate check very easy after we paid for our items. Wife ordered her new glasses. One stop shopping. Gas was 425 per gallon bargin for SoCal.”
“From all the Costcos I've been to, this one I always find parking really quickly. I feel like that's always a battle when going to a Costco and for some reason, I'm pretty lucky. The self-checkout options makes the lines with cashiers more manageable and quicker. I went with my mom this last time and somehow from the door where you show your membership card to the time we went to check out, she lost her card. It was super easy to get a replacement right on the spot. The line took a little bit but everything being in one place simplifies everything!”
