I ordered and received a medallion that unfortunately lost its color. I was disappointed and posted a review of my displeasure. I was contacted by getbacksupply and provided them with a picture and order number. Today, I received an email that they are going to send me another medallion to replace the original!
I always expect good customer service but this company provides it!

I end up buying an item that was advertised $4.99 and I end up paying 14.99 good thing I check so I have to return it immediately and surprisingly I'm not the only one returning the same item.”
