“My wife and I took an amazing class (back/spine care) with Krystle. I would give this class 100 stars if i could. Krystle took the time to make adjustments with everyone in the class. We could tell that she is extremely experienced with yoga and is very passionate about what she does. I can't believe this studio doesn't have 100+ 5-star reviews. Can't wait to take classes here again when I'm back in the Monterey/Carmel area. The price is more than fair, the location is great, and most importantly, the classes and instructor are superb.”

“I stopped by Anytime Fitness in Carmel while I was in town for just one day and was looking to purchase a day pass. Jessica was incredibly kind and welcoming. She was nice enough to let me work out for free and enjoy the facility, which I really appreciated. The gym itself was very clean, well maintained, and had all the equipment I could ask for. It was a great experience from the moment I walked in, and Jessica’s friendly attitude made it even better. Thank you, Jessica, for making a quick stop in Carmel such a positive experience. “I had seen Selina just for massages in the past; she was thorough and focused on areas where I needed help the most. When her new gym opened, I signed up immediately. I love the variety, but mainly the volume of machines and gear to do a full body workout. Selina and the trainers are there to answer questions and will occasionally offer tips on how to train properly when they see my technique. I was recommended to go to classes I would have never signed up for on my own, and now I attend them religiously. I am continuously impressed with Selina's deep knowledge of the body. My brother is a kinesiologist and was a trainer and batting coach for AAA baseball; he appreciates my workouts and the advice Selina lends me. For me, it's been over two months now and the difference from day 1 is empirical.”

“My mom sister and I went here . My father had passed away they had been married 52 years so my sister and I decided the three of us should stay a few days in Monterey just us girls . We ate at this restaurant everything was delicious and expensive, lol but worth it nothing but the best for our mom. That was back in 2002 . My mom passed in 2013 and I just went online to try and find the restaurant to visit, lo and behold it's closed . My sister and I had wine (mom never drank) appetizers full meal sides like potatoes and vegetables came separately we had those and salads and desserts it was over 200.00 then the tip 18% . We could barely move lol .great memory .”

They have an incredible variety of equipment for bodybuilding, athletic training, cardio, and pretty much anything else you could want from a gym. I’ve only attended the yoga classes so far, but they’ve been excellent, very relaxing and great for stretching, mobility, and recovery. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they also offer a childcare center, which is a great convenience for parents. The full-size pool and sauna are another huge plus. Overall, In-Shape offers a really well-rounded fitness experience with something for just about everyone.”
