“Josh, Audrey and company really know how to take care of their clients. After what I’m sure was a long and stressful car week for them I stopped in and they made me feel right at home. Hands down the best Rolex AD I’ve been to by far. The newly remodeled store is awesome and although inventory is scarce they have plenty of display pieces on hand. This was my first visit to Fourtané but I will definitely be back and will be a lifelong customer. 10/10 would recommend stopping if you’re ever in the area.”

“After buying a few wonderful pieces here over the last few years, this spring, I commissioned a one-of-a-kind ring - a purple saphire flower. It turned out even more beautiful than I could have dreamed - Mario and Bryan found someone to cut the sapphires for them, and they are perfect. They also found a way to make it sturdy enough (they know I am rather hard on my jewelry) without losing the delicate design or light. It is my favorite piece so far!”

“We had such a pleasant experience at Viau. Lauren helped us out and her expertise really wowed us. She knew every piece and then some. She also knows how to keep you engaged. My wife had a great time bouncing from piece to piece, landing on a beautiful ring that Lauren recommended. “We are in Carmel often, and never thought we'd buy jewelry there, but always enjoy looking. We went into Ladyfingers to "look", and I fell in love with a ring by Barbara Heinrich. We purchased it as my engagement ring, and went back and bought my wedding ring. The owners are very helpful, and since we were getting married on the beach several months later, told us to being them in for a cleaning. “I am originally from Northern California and now unfortunately I live nowhere near the ocean in Denver Colorado. I was delighted to find a beautiful ring with the help of Adriana that had California redwood in it. It is so beautiful. Two years or earlier on a vacation in Monterey I purchased a redwood bracelet from Tamara G. Both times I brought my puppy with me and the staff was so delightful. “They have a furnishings store as well as a small separate gazebo with handbags and face masks. My wife and I had breakfast next door at Stationæry and peeked through the store windows since they had not opened yet, and made it a point to return an hour later to check it out inside. We loved everything we saw from the face mask, hand bags, rugs, quilts, and all sorts of textiles hanging from the wall. They also carry products that look artisanal like soaps, leather accessories, essential oils. The Japanese lady and English gentleman inside were kind and informative about their products and not overly assertive. We ended up purchasing a quilt for our bed that was hand made by their friend Ondi in the Kahdi style in India. What’s even more special is that all the pieces from the quilt were scraps from other apparel pieces, cushion covers, and the like. The quilt has beautiful wood block printed patterns in indigo dye. I think it’ll be great for the warmer seasons, and a definite centerpiece. I will update this post with photos once we have it set in our bedroom.”

“On our recent trip to Carmel by the Sea, we stepped into the B&G Jewelry shop. It was just befor 10 and we were the first customers. Immediately I felt very welcomed by Peter, as we told him we were looking for two side bands for my 5 stone anniversary ring. We looked as several "eternity" bands and my eye caught the gorgeous stones in a small round diamond band. It was love at first site for the perfect ring set! It dazzled my cushion stones. Peter was so helpful. Not only did he admire my ring but he knew the jeweler who made it and gave him great complements. That is the sign of a true artist. Holding their peers and competitors in high regard!! The best part of the morning was the Armenian good luck wish of the first customer of the day. Make them happy and the rest of the day is good luck! I am truly blessed with this beautiful new diamond side rings! I will definately go back to Peter and B&G. I already have some plans to redesign some rings and loose stones. Very good luck indeed!”

“After parking in the basement of Carmel Plaza, I put my credit card into the payment machine to pay, but it stopped working. I contacted every possible place written on the machine for over 30 minutes, but there was no solution.I wonder if I can find the building manager.I explained the situation to this store on the first floor.The very kind store owner first apologized to me instead of the building manager and quickly called around to find someone to handle the work as quickly as possible. Within a minute, a manager with the machine key showed up and took care of everything.I am so thankful that I had the good fortune of meeting someone who responded so kindly and quickly.God bless you!”

If you pay in cash, I think there's a small discount. Lots of fun trinkets and things. I found a nice and simple starfish that was encrusted with rhinestones. Perfect! Inexpensive.
