“Ami is one of those boutiques you wander into “just to look” and end up leaving with treasures (guilty). The shop is full of beautiful pieces, from thoughtful gifts to curated items by local artisans. I snagged two things from Good hYOUman. Love a brand with a story behind it. The whole space feels intentional and welcoming, and if you’re lucky, there’s coffee and a chocolate chip cookie waiting for you. Don’t skip the little garden out back—it’s a quiet gem.”

“Discovering Girl Boy Girl three years has completely transformed my clothes shopping experience and with it wardrobe and style from frumpy to age appropriately fashionable. The staff is incredibly good at suggesting entire outfits that look great on me. They are particularly amazing at fitting high-end jeans. I’m six feet tall and solidly built; It’s useless for me to shop at department stores which don’t seem to carry any clothes bigger than size 8. Don’t let the website fool you, you don’t have to have a perfect figure to shop at GBG. I don’t know how they do it but GBG has a large and well curated selection and almost always has my size. When they don’t, they get me my size quickly. I now I regularly make special trips from San Fransisco with my adult daughters to GBG and we always walk away with new looks that we love.”

“Went in with my wife. What a selection of unusual and stylish clothing. The gentleman at the store was very friendly and we had a long conversation. The store belongs to his wife, and when he told her covering the store for her was cutting into his practice time at home (he's learning to play the piano) she bought him an electric piano so he could practice at work. He doesn't think that's good for business so the piano is there but mostly unheard. Oy yes, the clothes, fun, different, and reasonably priced. But no piano.”

“What a gem of. Shop. Ava has a wonderful collection of carefully curated couture. I got some amazing vintage black glass beads and iridescent beads and a pair of Tom Ford glasses. I have no idea if the prices were high or fair because I have never found glass bead vintafe necklaces. All i know is i loved them so I bought them.”

“Sharleen has the most unique European selection of imported Italian, French and British flare denim with Swarovski crystal embellishments of "Super Cars." Bought a dress 4 years ago after seeing it in the window. A luxuriously effortless and beautiful knit. Wore it when visiting a friend 3 summers ago: LACMA and dining out. It's a shame the the previous Yelp is making a speculation without entering the store. Provocation was most likely enacted. Living near this store have witnessed: Ladies patiently waiting outside to go in, menacing commotion obstructing the entrance and even pounding on the glass door yelling insults when the salesperson inside wouldn't unlock the door. There are clearly 2 signs on the door to call a phone number to enter the store. I'm just sorry I procrastinated posting this review. It's long overdue.”

“With the hectic holiday shopping season now in full swing and still much more to do, we escaped to beautiful Carmel. Shopping instantly became a no pressure experience. We rediscovered the new location of Atkins Fine Clothiers now located downstairs in the welcoming Carmel Plaza.
We felt we went to one of our favorite destination on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills! The now larger space, allowing for much more selections, has the upper level for men and ladies in the glimmering lower level. We found the exact special gifts my wife and I were looking for each other!
And had a most gracious holiday experience while being served by members of the Hala family.
We will definitely be back sooner
to visit Carmel’s finest clother!!”
